Everytime I've come to Winchester Virginia, they have always been good to us and taken care of us. Food is always great. Definitely must try the cheesesteak.

Order dinner for my family. Food came in estimated time. Everything was as it should except for my meal. I ordered nana’s pie with meatballs, it came with no meatballs. Called the restaurant. Girl who answered “is it ok if I out you on a brief hold?”and then click she’s gone before I could respond. When she came back, I told her what happened she offered to send out another pizza. Great! And then says, “ I just ask that you send back whatever’s left of the mess up” as if I had sat down ate 1/2 the pizza and then called. I sent her back an entire pizza 30 mins later when the replacement came. I called back in, I didn’t want to complain too much the first time because I didn’t want anyone to mess with my food, manager offered to put a credit on my account for the next time I ordered the same thing. I told him I didn’t know if I liked it. I hadn’t even tried it. And he said you will like it and left it at that. It was ok. I would have enjoyed more if I had gotten to eat with my family 30 mins prior as opposed to alone. Not planning to go back again as consistency and quality has gone down over the past year or so. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Normally I love the pizza here, but tonight I ordered a $33 pizza and it arrived undercooked and without pizza sauce (despite asking for it to be added in the notes). Disappointed.

With so many good pizza shops in town, this is unacceptable. I’ve stopped getting pizza from here for over a year and my son begged me for tonight. Look at this. This is supposed to be a small pizza. It has six slices of pepperoni, and I’m not even sure sauce made it onto the pizza. It was so dry and offensive. That picture is me pulling back the cheese to show you. This has always been our experience..

We live maximum of 5 min from there. Wife called in the order for pickup, walked out the door as she hung up, and STILL got a cold pizza that had glued itself to the box. Delivery with food of that quality, that would make sense. But we ordered pickup and got there in record time and got an old dried up pizza. Tuesday special night or not. This is ridiculous. ALL the restaurants around here are becoming like this in Winchester.

I stopped here for lunch while working because I was in the mood for pizza. The crust was a bit too hard for my taste, but the sauce, cheese and pepperoni were quite good (and they brought me some extra parmesan if I wanted it). The service is excellent.
