My husband and I stopped for a late lunch and both ordered quesadilla burgers. I ordered mine without cheese and garlic mashed tor the side. I got my burger and it had cheese on it. I told the waitress and she said sorry that her fault she forgot to tell the kitchen. They made me a new one, and it came out without frying the quesadilla shell it was uncooked and flimsy . U could not even pick I up. Instead of garlic mashed she brought me FF. We explained the mess up once again and she said for the second time she would have them re-make it. We said no we would just take our check. She brought our check and said she comped the meal. When looking at the bill she did comp the bill $15.99 but also added at the bottom another $15.99. So actually no money was taken off. When we questioned it she said she did comp it but actually she did not!!! She said she would have to find a manager to be able to give us money off. We really didn’t want that we were just hungry and wanted to eat what we ordered, We were so frustrated and did not want to cause and fuss we just paid the bill and left. Very unhappy with the service and prep of the food.

The Riblets were good. The fries and slaw very good. The margarita deals everyday are really great. Large varied menu Appetizers to Salads to Soups and sandwiches and entrees. Full bar available. Service was excellent.

Food was ordered and both orders of 3 cheese chicken pene pasta was burnt. We were not able to eat it and sent it back. Server was not the best and I was very disappointed on the service. Will Not go here any time soon.

Very disappointed today my 3 cheese pasta and my daughter's was not very appealing, the chicken was burnt we weren't able to eat it and they took one off but no manager came to us, the server was bare minimum and on top golf having to wait to be seated even though there was barely anyone there and the young man who sat us didn't really great us. Food was very bad today and I can't get the burnt taste out my mouth. We practically sent are food back barely eaten. Service here was below standard. Won't visit this one again any time soon. I basically stood hungry and so did my daughter. Only my husband's food was decent. Managers need to do better. Bathroom was also very disgusting.

Best value restaurant, IMHO. I like their “2 For…” meals. The Mrs and I can eat a very satisfying meal here for a very reasonable price.

Recently had lunch with a friend and can't wait to go back. I have dietary issues and they made me a bowl with what I could have . Best meal I have eaten in years. The items were fresh and delicious. The waiter was friendly and accommodating, just an all round delightful experience.

I needed to find a restaurant open late on a Friday night for delivery. Ordered a burger and it couldn't have been more delicious! My mushroom swiss burger was cooked to perfection. Door Dash and Applebee's (Winchester, VA) for the win. Yummy!

This was my first time at an Applebee's, and omg, I'm hooked! My waitress was so incredibly sweet and attentive, and the food, omg! I did my happy dance the whole meal. The drinks were out of this world. I definitely highly recommend this place. The staff is outstanding, the food is remarkable, the drinks are to die for, and the atmosphere was so enjoyable. The dining room was clean, and the staff stayed professional. Definitely a 10/10, which is why my waitress earned her $20.00 tip. 🥰🥰
