Applebee's Grill + Bar

Recently had lunch with a friend and can't wait to go back. I have dietary issues and they made me a bowl with what I could have . Best meal I have eaten in years. The items were fresh and delicious. The waiter was friendly and accommodating, just an all round delightful experience.

My brother treated myself and my fiance to supper. I ordered ribs and fries and she had waffle fries. When they brought the food the ribs were very dry and looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass my brother and his family.

Update: In contact with GM to establish a refund. Management admitted that they are ashamed of their own business and find the bacon to be gross.

Absolute sesspool. None of the staff is trained or knowledgeable. The hostess is bussing tables and angrily handling the front. The waitress isn't trained and didn't know that the andoulli was spicy. The management can't take responsibility for miscommunication. The food arrived well after 30 minutes. Next to 10 other tables in the restaurant, so far from busy. The bacon, apparently all of the bacon, is prepped at the beginning of the shift and rock solid because they don't have any cooks, just prep hands and microwaves. When confronted about the issues the manager proceeded to mock me, after my wife mentioned my oral surgery from over 2 weeks ago. Never again. Seems like every Applebee's I've ever been to is just like this and I cannot recommend anyone subject themselves to this hainous establishment. Charged 58.94 for food we didn't even eat.

Went for 2 for $25 plus appetizer as advertised on TV. Waitress said back of menu had those specials. I ordered steak with mashed potatoes n broccoli. Friend ordered riblets and onion rings. We ordered mozzarella sticks for appetizer. She ordered water and I had Pepsi. Bill was 51.38. So misleading!!! False advertisement!!!

Our second trip to this Applebee’s proved to be our last. The service was terrible. The young man who waited on us was nice, but clearly did not pay attention to the details of our order. He delivered onion soup that had barely melted cheese on top. I asked that it be returned to the broiler until browned on top. This was not delivered back to me until about 5 minutes after the meals. We had ordered extra sauces and dressings at the time the order was placed, but none of those things were delivered with the food, despite his having noted it on the order. The steamed broccoli was not well prepared, and not well steamed. 2 of us ordered ribs, both with the sauce on the side. One order was burned, not at all meaty and lacking in flavor. The other was not as burned, but also not very meaty. Applebees has great potential, but needs to hone in on presenting a good product, even when it is somewhat busy. Further, training the wait staff would be greatly helpful, and teaching them to communicate with one another would be helpful as well.
When spending my hard-earned money on a restaurant meal, I expect good service and decent food. This meal lacked both…so much so, that we went to the IHOP next door for dessert where we were treated very well and the food was very good.

This was inedible. Mac and cheese over cooked and was sitting in a brownish soup at the bottom of the bowl.

Amazing customer service and very personable staff.

I think I ate too much. The food here was phenomenal. Great friendly staff and made you feel comfortable . My only note here is that they let the line of customers grow. So many people wanted to dine in the staff could not keep up with the demand.

The Bourbon Street Steak was delicious as well as the mashed potatoes. Everything was “smokin” hot! The Tipsy Leprechaun was also a delicious drink.

We had a good experience and then Hope made it a great experience! I came in with my three kids. Our waitress had a table that was causing her problems so she was being delayed on getting us refills. Hope noticed we were waiting and took the initiative to help out a coworker and to help us get our refills faster. Thank you Hope! #holdontoherapplebees

Waiter didn't check back to see if food was correct or if we needed more to drink.

I had a great experience and a great server. The food was delicious, I will return son fo more chicken wonton tacos!!!!

Couldn't order half the stuff on the menu due to fryers being down. Staff was nice.
