For an Arby's I can't complain

This is only referring to the new cheesesteak at Arby's it's the worst cheesesteak on the face of the Earth first of all the role is not consistently it falls apart on top of that it's too cheesy it's like a a bowl in a roll on a scale of 1 to 5 it's a minus zero Don't waste your money and plus it is a little bit expensive.

It doesn't even resemble a cheesesteak a lot of the other chains are a lot better at delivering a cheese steak this one falls way behind

My husband and I stopped in tonight to grab a quick bite before heading on home. The thing I noticed when I first walked in was how clean the dinning room and the front of the kitchen and counter area that I could see was . We were greeted by two different employees with smiles and friendly demeanors. The service was excellent and the food came out quickly and was very hot and fresh. It’s not very often these days that you get that quality of food, service and professionalism in a fast food restaurant. Well done!!

I have to say this was one THE WORST MEALS I EVER HAD!!!!! My husband and I are truly disappointed. Plus I don’t understand why food is advertised in such an appetizing way that when you order it, it’s nothing to compare. We spent about $41 and honestly it’s not worth it! Also the customer service was not great.

I frequently get a roast beef sandwich meal from here and I am always happy with the food, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant. I use my app and order ahead of time and it's always ready when I get there, sometimes within 5 minutes. I'm always greeted by the staff and they always get me a mayonnaise packet upon request. I never have to wait for somebody to approach me. I've also been through the drive-thru several times and am always satisfied with that as well.

First time having to return an order to get money back. Good thing a KFC is next door. The person running the drive thru thought is was funny to argue with me asking for a few extra Arby's sauce packets. Then proceeded to tell me to go to Walmart and buy some. When he gave me my food he had this weird grin on his face and laughing. I got home to realize it was the wrong food and I know he did it on purpose. A different person working the counter was upset and had an attitude about doing a refund. He told me they dont like to do refunds and he would rather just fix the order. I wont eat in a place that purposely gave me the wrong food. The other Arby's in Sunnyside always has good service. I will stick to that one in the future. Seems like Berryville Ave need some more training in customer service.

Different type of Arby’s then I have ever seen before. They drop all food at night as to order. Friendly staff. Clean. Easy on and out.

Went inside, was told someone would be right with me. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help me while the drive through guy was just standing there, I asked if I had to go through drive thru to get my order taken he said no one has helped you yet and had to go get someone else to take my order. The guy came up on the phone talking to someone about video games and finally hung up the phone and took my order. Unfriendly staff, who all look miserable, terrible customer service.
