My family and I were hungry and had over an hour left on our drive home and decided to stop here because it was the first place we saw after miles of nothing. We typically dont eat Arbys EVER, however this review isnt on the serviced we got from staff or the food. This review is about the manager that was on duty last night Brandy. Ive worked and managed in the food industry in the past and one thing you dont do is YELL, TALK ANY KIND OF WAY, OR TAKE YOUR FRUSTRATION OUT ON YOUR STAFF! They are your team and you their leader. These guys were going as best as they could but she wouldn't stop yelling at them, micromanaging, taking out of their hands what they was already doing. It was so bad one guy was just standing around scared to do anything because all you could hear was her yelling ohhh while wearing no gloves in the back preparing food, while she filed up a ramekin cup with cheese sauce then threw it on the counter. She also didnt have a hairnet on but atleast she has a visor on. I felt bad for the three employees who had to listen to her the whole evening you could tell by the look on their face they were uncomfortable, didnt want to be there, and couldnt wait to clock out. They better than me cause I wouldve quit and she wouldve had to deal with her kaos and poor management skills on her own. Them kids deserve a raise for having to put up with those working conditions.

The food wasn't bad. But definitely not as good as I'm used to with this restaurant. My wife made the order online. I didn't know what was in the order. When I realized there was supposed to be shakes, I called the restaurant. And was told the shake machine was down. I don't know why someone couldn't tell me that AT THE ARBY'S! So I had to drive back to the Arby's to get a refund!

Milk shakes are not milk shakes, which sucks. I didn't like it when they got rid of the potato bites and still mad about that they need to get them back.
