I don't eat out much at all, I have worked in fast food so I know there is competence, but I can't speak on the integrity.... But I've only eaten here twice and yesterday was my first time at this location. It was great- food was fast. Order was right.... Today, food was fast, service was great but if I am paying an extra .40 cents for a large drink- IN THIS ECONOMY- I want my large drink. I go threw D/T again today- like I did yesterday. I ordered a small strawberry lemonade yesterday, with my food. And it was so delicious I wanted a large today- well. .. I was TOLD it was large .but when I found my cup in the car from YESTERDAY, they are the SAME SIZE. That's stealing from customers..
Probably won't be back Js.
The cute little Spanish girl in D/T didn't need to lie to me when I asked her about it today....js. Hope nobody lies to you about YOUR food one day

I want to give credit and a shoutout to the two gentlemen at Arbys on Hope Drive in Winchester on June 30 about 8:30PM. Our car transmission got stuck while at the drive-thru window and the two employees were so nice and helpful during this traumatic time. They patiently helped other customers around our vehicle while we waited for a tow truck to rescue our car! Please tell THANK YOU! They were so helpful and pleasant!

The team member in the drive-through I visited was top-notch. Had the Ruben, ham melt and, of course, the potato cakes, also had the white cheddar mac and cheese would was very good. I highly recommend!

Traveling to the area for work weekly for the past few months. Have stopped at this Arby's several times and just had to comment how friendly, polite, and happy the staff has been every visit. It's refreshing to see a place that still has wonderful customer service!
