Where to begin?? Well this was my wife's and I first visit to our local Auntie Anne's Pretzel's in the Apple Blossom Mall Winchester VA and for sure our last. When walking up to the counter not knowing what to order since this was our first visit we truly expected after telling the lady it was our first time here that she would offer some assistance but this lady was rude, no expression, no hello can I help you, no smile, no nothing not even a thank you after we decided on our own to try the pretzel bite cup since the only big pretzel they had looked to be very old and dry and a large coke. We sat down at a table in the mall across from the place and started eating our really expensive bites and coke and noticed there was no salt whatsoever on our pretzel bites and no pretzels come with any dipping sauce not even regular mustard, you have to purchase any dipping sauce for a $1.29 extra per sauce 🤯 wow this place is crazy I don't know how it stayed in business so long. So the whole time we sat there that lady at the register ( think she was Spanish) never greeted any customer or smiled or thanked the customer, there was another lady there but she was busting her butt making more pretzels. So we paid almost $13 for 1 medium cup of pretzel bites, 1 large coke, and 1 dipping sauce all served up with no greeting, no assistance, no thank you, no facial expression except contempt and no salt on the pretzel bites. Horrible first and last visit at Auntie Anne's Pretzel's, never again. 😥

This place use to be good, but I don't know who the girl is that seems to be there all the time but she is not pleasant. Always has an attitude and no customer service skills. Last we went we got burnt hotdogs pretzels and they tasted horrible and the cinnamon ones were barely warm. They need someone else at that location who doesn't look so miserable being there. She doesn't even smile. Its been a few times so its not like she having a bad day, its just her whole demeanor. Not friendly at all.

Leaves a nasty tase in my family mouth not prepared the prizel with salt was hard and over cook the prizel with cinnamon on it was dry the more we ate it you had to chug down water after it not friendly ar the counter wasn't kind are friendly mean and rude we never come back to there annyomore poor people poor service

The service here isn’t the problem for me. The new item on the menu is $8 for oreo pretzels bites. The pretzels taste fine but the icing and the oreos are just disgusting for the price. It tasted like artificial oreo more than a regular oreo. The icing was definitely the worst part. Tasted like an oreo dunk lunchable which I could have got for $5. I suggest don’t waste your money. I was super excited to try these just to be disappointed immediately. I had to throw them away. Has nothing to do with the employees!

Just received my door dash order. Ordered a total of 3 cinnamon pretzels and had it delivered via door dash. I only received 2 cinnamon pretzels and the bag remained stapled. I ordered pretzels from them the day before and they also came in stale and hard as if they were left-overs from the night before. The employees need to double-check customer orders. Also, having the skill of knowing how to count properly should be a prerequisite for any sales job like this one.

I like the cinnamon sugar pretzel, and my wife likes the nugget pretzels with cheese. The person had a hard time taking the order and had to get help. Everyone is having issues. I like Aubtie Anne's, but it is getting expensive it was 6 something for the nuggets, and cheese is extra. The drink is almost movie concession pricing. It is not a must-have but a nice treat occasionally.
I ordered through door dash and the pretzels tasted old, they forgot one of dips I ordered and was charged for. They also overcharged me for the pretzels dogs. They couldn’t even bother to put the order in the right size bag when they know the order is through door dash... so you have pretzels hanging out in someone else’s car. Act like you care about your customers!!
