Been going here for a few months now. Been happy with it up until the last visit when the bartender was very obviously drunk and admitted he had been drinking all day long. I like this place but I’ll never go down as someone who gets disrespected and does nothing about it.

The background music was fantastic. The bar tender worked her butt off. The food was excellent. The draft beer was fresh and cold. My kind of clientele. Felt right at home. I will be making a return visit.

Was in town at a store next door, walked over for lunch. Half bar, half dining, all fun. Vibes of the old Big Boy's I get up with. Service was okay, good took a bit to arrive, but with it. Mushroom & Swiss and smash burgers were delicious, as were the fries. Would stop again if in the area.

Bartenders throwing liquor at guests and letting them drive? They care more about money than safety for sure. Food is all frozen, put in the microwave for heat. Mice everywhere. Disgusting kitchen conditions. Literally everything is nuked or fried. The owners are making a killing. Store bought C grade food. Steer way clear of any seafood, cross contamination is where you get sick from. If you don't get food poisoning from this place, you win at life. The manager on staff is clearly a pity hire. Ericka??

Went for breakfast. Pros: delicious food, well prepared, good portions. Coffee refills! Tasty thick rye toast (with swirls). Pretty good home fried potatoes, made from real potatoes and apparently fresh and hand cut. Plenty of seating. Tons of locals, which testifies to its quality and value. Creative menu and 1950's diner decor. Easy parking. Easy access from the highway. They also have wonderful, meaty chicken wings in a variety of flavors. One of the best 2 breakfast restaurants in Winchester in my opinion

This has to be one of the slowest kitchens in Winchester, perhaps anywhere. Breakfast should be one of the fastest meals to serve. But not here. Here you wait, and wait, and wait. The server came to our table after 20 min and said there was only one ticket ahead of ours. What!! The kitchen can only cook one ticket at a time? No wonder the wait is so long. The server brought our food out with everything piled on one plate including the jelly packs that every server has had their hands on when picking through them. He visited our table 3 times after we had finished eating and never removed our plates even though we had piled all used paper products on top of them. This is not the first time I have eaten there and it is always slow, but this was the worst. I hope they can train the cooks to process more than one ticket at a time and train the servers to remove dirty plates. The food was just OK and not worth the wait

Our friends introduced us to Backseat Bar and Grill. It was Awesome. Fun energy and they had Karaoke the day we visited. It was all fun and the staff were frequently coming through to all the tables to make sure we were good.
I had the crab cake dinner and it was great.

We really liked this place for dinner, although locals told us it is an amazing breakfast place too!! We were staying at a nearby hotel, and decided to have dinner here on a Friday night. We arrived just before 6...and the place was hopping! We sat right in front of the bar-and there was a huge room on the other side of the bar. They have a lot of seating. We had a beer, then ordered wings with Carolina Sauce, Reuben, and Crab Cake Sandwich. All of the food was very good. Crystal was our server. She was very new-but had epic customer service, and will do well in that capacity!! We are in Winchester a couple of times a year on our way to Lynchburg. We would return to this restaurant!!

Ordered all flats and received all drums. They were great though. We had the chili sauce. Our bartender was also very nice and let me change my side in the fly.

Ordered 30 wings, aluminum pan barely had any sauce in the bottom, and none of the wings were wet. I'll never understand these restaurants overcharging for wings and then being stingy with the sauce. To top it off, there's a $1.20 restaurant fee and $1.00 carry out fee? Yeah, no intention of going back. The only reason they got two stars is because the wing sizes are decent.
