Ordered items for delivery at 9pm. The driver arrived at the facility at 9:45pm and said they closed. I called the location twice and no one answered. I’m okay if someone ordered 3-4minutes before close but an hour??? Not okay.

I have tried to order delivery at least 6 times. Every time I end up having to cancel my order because they never seem to have all of the ingredients. I would not recommend Baskin-Robbins to anyone.

Very rude staff, cashier didn't like that I wouldn't walk away to read the flavors for a doordash order. Talked back and had this extremely useless demeanor. Very young, management should look into more training. Lexi was the rude employee
These places are constantly out of anything and everything customers order if you do order pick ups for apps skip picking up and delivering for these locations it’s a Time trap you’ll end up spending 30 minutes talking to the customer about what is there

Went there with my daughter and husband this afternoon. Hands down worst experience. After waiting almost 10 minutes (in a dead store) for service, the girl, who seemed to be first day on the job, took nearly 20 minutes to make 1 kiddie cone, a caramel blast (that tasted like peanut butter) and a milk shake. She ended up remaking mine and my husbands twice just for my husband to throw his away as soon as we walked out because his was nothing but milk with snickers chunks. She had to stop and ask someone for help who didnt help her. Dont get me wrong I sympathize with the girl if she wasnt properly trained bur if thats the case, she shouldnt be left to work alone business being slow or not. We wont be back.
