My all time favorite coffee spot. The best customer service and the highest quality of coffee. They also keep new flavors on deck so it’s always interesting! 10/10, every time. 💕

On a roadtrip driving through town and was looking for something better than Starbucks. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised! Really yummy drinks and delicious pastries. The roast they use for their espressos was very smooth. The team was also so refreshingly friendly. Good job Bro Bears!

Favorite place to go for coffee, but very disappointed that I just walked up to the walk up window and sat there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. All three employees looked right at me and didn’t care to greet me or even say that they would be with me in just a moment so after 10 minutes of standing there, I decided to leave very unprofessional.

We drove 20 min out the way to try bro bears since we have heard so much about them! We waited about 30 min in line (they were busy) which was no problem. Staff were very kind. The “large” drinks are small in my opinion and did not taste good… :/ The espresso tasted burnt (not sure if it was because they were busy) and the drinks were overly sugared. I was so disappointed, especially since we spent $15 on two drinks we ended up not drinking.

Everytime we have visited Winchester virginia they have always been so great, customer care is always a 5. Drinks are always to what we asked. If your ever visiting or new to this area definitely go support them awesome coffee.

Go here instead of Dunkin or Starbucks!! It’s easy to get to off 81, a great variety to choose from, super fast service and lovely, smiling faces making your coffee!
