Walked in and the employee at the front counter told us we had to order at the digital kiosk. All we wanted was the food from a paper coupon. Is this the employee being daft? Management being daft for putting a brand new employee at the counter? Or is this a daft new policy? No matter who made the decision, it was absolutely a show of poor intelligence.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Mad at me because it took 40min to get 3 burgers. Asked for a refund and she disappeared for 5 min. Place is a joke!

I got food posing and I fell in the bathroom it was like they put 2 gallons of grease on the floor. Also the high chairs were disgusting and not sanitary. The toliet was leaking and I told the manager he got rude. The wait was horrible. I will not be going back.

Drink machine was broke, no ice, sodas warm and flat. My whopper was ice cold. Asked the guy behind the counter for a cup of ice, I may have gotten 5 ice cubes. He acted like he was bothered. 2 stars only for the women who was working, she did a great job and was telling the others to do their job and that a cold burger was unacceptable.

It’s amazing how poor the customer service is in this Burger King. I don’t understand what’s so hard about taking orders, giving napkins, ketchup , etc. The quality of food is terrible. The prices are insane. Burger King needs to get it together. Customer service and the quality of food is extremely important. I don’t think it’s so difficult to provide. Hire a better staff. Better yet hire better management to train their staff. Not so difficult!

They charge to put tomatoes on a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese no bacon no sausage but they charge for tomatoes. Im sure my tomato slice areas exspensive as a piece of sausage o bacon. Bullish.

The have the worst costumer service.
Workers here have no respect and don't know how to treat and deal with costumers.
I order 3 meals and when I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise in a bad way they gave me like 3 ketchup and 1 mayonnaise.
Definitely not buying here again.
I'M A WHOPPER FREAK - NEED I SAY MORE. THERE BACON CHEESEBURGERS ARE MY SECOND CHOICE. FAST, DELICIOUS AND DECENT PRICING.
