The have the worst costumer service. Workers here have no respect and don't know how to treat and deal with costumers. I order 3 meals and when I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise in a bad way they gave me like 3 ketchup and 1 mayonnaise. Definitely not buying here again.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. Tables were absolutely gross. The floors were dirty. Trash everywhere. We had to wipe off our own table just to eat. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was hard as rock I couldn’t even bite into it. I had them make me a new one and the second one was even WORSE. They had no ice in the machine and I asked them for ice and didn’t give me any. Fries were almost ice cold. Employees looked sloppy and out of order, didn’t know what they were doing at all. My ranch packet I asked for was half opened and had a hair inside of it. Absolutely disgusting and made me sick to my stomach. I couldn’t even sit my son in a highchair to eat because it was so dirty and sticky. I will NEVER ever be eating here ever again and something needs to be done ASAP. No gloves were used by any of the employees. Some stepped outside to smoke a cigarette and never washed their hands going back to touching peoples food. I’m so sick to my stomach. I do not recommend at ALL.

I'm currently eating a Whopper that I ordered with no pickles. So far I've gotten seven pickles. Last year the drive-up window lady told me if I wanted more ice to get out of my car and get some snow and put it in my cup.

Ordered from this place, got larges instead my large had nine fries in it and about 10 onion rings, my woman got a large and they gave her a medium, at least mine was in a large container 😂😂😂 don't get me started on my Bacon King Burger that was just two patties and one slice of bacon broke in half, no lettuce, no pickles, no tomato, no nothing, that was it, my woman got a Bacon Melt and it was just on bread, there was no melt about it, lazy hipster trash, this is why everyone is eventually going to get replaced with Bots and kiosks, all you all did was do it to yourself because you'd rather be on your phone and get that easy quick money and not work, I will never order from this restaurant ever again

Old cold food! Dirty restaurant! Loud employees hanging out in the lobby making it unappealing to dine in. Worst Burger King I have ever wasted money in.
People here are so rude, the place is so nasty. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. They should send someone to check there. Bad service and bad food. If you don’t want to have a bad experience don’t come here. There is another Burger King on the other side of town, just go there. They don’t even deserve one star.

I was on a walk.the stop to the Burger King.not so pleasant.women that checked us out yesterday was rude and idk what she was on.she was on some kind of speed maybe.notice she had a attitude.my friend was handicap.i toke him to eat after getting his meds.i asked for here not to go.people in the back maid the fry’s cold because they was in their phones.i remember when my girl friend worked here.every morning id eat at this spot.its not the same i dont think ill be returning.the maintenance man has worked here for years.still their that was nice to see my old friend.sad how this establishment has ended up.cold no customer appeal.i ordered food not cold food.the maintenance man needs to be respected more his was the only person.that was working to Burger King standards.it will be along time before i return here.tired of food being cold last visit was 6 months ago.why am I getting cold food and why are the people cooking just standing around on their phones.out back to smoke weed and back in to play on company time.more I think less I want to go to Burger King.guess McDonald’s has better standards.ill eat their more.
