I ordered the original chicken sandwich and it actually came on a hamburger bun and it was so old it was soggy.

This location is terrible now. I got parked the last two times I was there and waiting a good 20 mins the last time just for two burgers and two fry’s. The food is sloppy, fries are always cold/old tasting. The cheese on the burgers ain’t even melted. Sometimes the the burgers are half hard/burnt. The people there are seriously not good at there job and very unfriendly. Not going back to this one

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thu for 2 burgers and a 4 pc chicken strip with fries when we were driving down the road my passenger checked our food and all of it was wrong we got cheese on the 1 burger we ordered without cheese the double whopper i ordered without mayo was missing a patty and had mayo on it and the chicken strips i ordered somehow became nuggets I've been to this burger king about 10 times this year they have got my orders wrong every single time
Edit 6 years later since my original review and this Burger king STILL CANNOT GET A ORDER RIGHT I've got to give them props for only hiring sub 80 IQ employees I guess they've got to work somewhere

This burger king has really gone downhill. I've gone here twice the past few months, and both times I was sitting in line for almost 20 minutes when there was almost no customers. This time was no different, and I watched as 3 cars backed out of the drive-thru lane to leave because it was taking so long. I still waited 20 minutes even though no other customers were in the lobby or in the drive-thru.
The food was still pretty ok, but not worth waiting almost a half hour for when you're the only one in line.
Stop for breakfast this morning. Guy taking order was personable hash browns were crisp (very important) samich was okay. Looking at review if had mixed experiences at this bk but enjoyed mine this morning! Please tell the guys thanks

Worse burger King in the area. Went through the drive thru and they messed up the order.. so i go inside and told them that it was the wrong order so they gave me another one only to find out when I get back to were I was going that even the manager messed it up again.. this is the 3rd time and there frys are like there made in burnt grease.. never going there again. 3 times they messed up ain't gonna be a 4th..

Food is good, the employees are lazy. I just went and got the Wednesday Adams meal and they said their machine is down. The machine is not down they are just lazy. They also gave me French fries instead of the churros, so I got a regular burger meal with a dyed bun for twice the price.
