I went through the drive-thru. and ordered 25.00 worth of food told them I wanted a double whopper and was given a single I did not go back because of distance from where I stay We work to hard and money don't grow on trees I tried to call many times and no one anserwed I'm very disappointed in the quality of Burger King nowadays.

Pick up lunch here and one of the clerks taking my order had body odor so bad it was gross. Then the restroom was very filthy. At least my burger was delicious.

Im gunna start this off by stating I use to manage a local quick serve restaurant, so my complaint isn't coming from a place of ignorance. I ordered online. Arrived at the drive-through to confirm pick up. Once I got to the window they handed me my drink and my shake which was already way to liquidy, like it had been sitting a while. I waited for a bit and noticed a few things. People touching faces and phones, then handling food without gloves or handwashing. Big health department violation. Then they handed me a bag. I parked in the lot to check the food and it was the complete wrong order. Went back inside, handed them the wrong order and my receipt. They then handed me another bag that was my incomplete order. Handed it back and told them I was still missing items. They then look at the receipt for the 3rd time and finally handed me my order complete, or so i thought. Got home, and the quality of the food was terrible, and items were still incorrect. Im not sure if it's a franchise or corporate location, but someone needs to come and help this place. Owner or corporate trainer. They are struggling to fulfill simple orders at non peak hours. DT times are terrible. There's no quality assurance or quality control. If I was the GM, owner or district manager, I'd be ashamed. I recommend staying away if you value your health, time, and money. At least untill they get someone in there that cares and can fix the issues.

This is one of the worst Burger Kings I have ever gotten food from, I tried it again today for about maybe the 5th time and I’m never coming here again……the food always tastes like it has been sitting out forever and even the onions and pickles on the burger too. Nothing is ever fresh and this place is digusting. If Burger King execs read this, you either need to shut this location down or find better management for it.

$3.49 for the smallest order of French fries I have ever seen. The melts which take up the entire top center of the menu which actively changes as you’re looking at it - AREN’T ACTUALLY AVAILABLE and discontinued. And the next option the bacon king SANDWICH ONLY for $8.29. THIS IS A RIPOFF. JUNK FOOD GARBAGE CHEMICAL FILLED RIPOFF with mustard on every sandwich and a pathetic amount of fries for an insane price. GO TO 5 GUYS YOULL SPEND THE SAME AMOUNT AND GET REAL FOOD AND MORE OF IT FOR YOUR MONEY. FORGET THESE CORPORATE CLOWNS THAT SIT ON THEIR YACHTS WHILE THEY RIP YOU OFF.

Pulled up to pickup my online order through the drive thru and was met with the rudest cashier. My fries were forgotten and had to walk inside to get them. Got home and had 1 old fry and then 1 fry that wasn't cooked all the way. My mozzarella sticks were old and hard.

Im no food critic, i visit fast food often enough, but this place was interesting to say the least. I dont know how they managed it but they did. The whooper i got was the most tastless i have ever had. It was dry like stale old bread dry and was like eating cardboard.
Additionally i dont think they can manage 2 lanes of intake for drivr through. They took 3 cars in first lane before answering after i said hello to remind them of lane 2.
Long story short bland food and ok service. The parking lot is a slight nightmare as well so do with that as you will.
