Carrabba's Italian Grill

Good Italian food; large portions, but expensive. The brancino with mashed potatoes was excellent. The only complaint is how rushed we were: Wine was offered before we even sat down. When we said: "Maybe later", they removed all wine glasses, so we never ordered wine. The salad arrived before we were even done with bread, and the main courses arrived before we were done with the salad.

Service and atmosphere is great. Unfortunately that is not the case for their eggplant Parmesan,one would expect more than 5 slices of eggplant ( probably frozen) , heavily breaded and fried, topped with a dollop of sauce under melted cheese. It was not pleasing to the eye or the palate. Stick with their salads or other entrees.

Kelsey was our bartender and server this evening. She did a phenomenal job! I had the peach sangria which was delicious. I also had the mezzaluna which is a favorite. I highly recommend coming to Carrabbas. Ask for Kelsey next time that you come!

We had an awesome meal at Carraba’s. Suzanne took really good care of us and the kitchen was fast.. good quality food, an excellent server and fast kitchen! All great things that make a great restaurant!

We come here every time we pass through Winchester on a trip north to MA. Lauren W. Was friendly and personable from the start. We appreciate that so much. It’s important to feel invited and comfortable after a long day of travel.

Lauren W is an excellent waitress. As a retiree I see a lot of restaurant staff in my travels and it is very disappointing how few people understand the value of a smile and friendly chatter. She is great and highly recommended for any and all accolades available.
