The food is fire 🔥 but the customer service could be better and it sits in a food court in the mall so I didn't dig the atmosphere.

I wouldnt recommend this place. Was at the mall getting some last minutes gift for Christmas and needed to grab a bite for lunch. Customer service was a zero as the dude didnt say anything other than the price of my meal. Spent basically 20 bucks for the meal and as you can see barely any meat on it. I would have needed to put the steak that was on the other half of the sub on this one to make it a decent amount of meat. If you want a sub and see this place just look the other way. You will be disappointed.

There was a hair in my steak hoagie. And if you want an actual sub go elsewhere. There was so little meat on there that I was able to rearrange to make a quarter of a sub. I kn9w there's an inflation going on but damn, when I asked for a sub I was at least expecting a thin layer of meat, I ordered a steak hoagie, I received a bun with steak garnish.

Not only did I go here to get my order wrong and had to go back to have it fixed but they missed my fries out of the combo as well. There's no issue with how easily they did fix the problem. However, I ended up getting sick from the food I ordered shortly after. I also did not appreciate how I was talked about in Spanish right in front of my face. I'm white, but I am bilingual. That was honestly kind of rude, and just uncalled for. Charlie's used to be a good place where you could get a sub, now it's just as messed up as any other restaurant you would get food now it's just as messed up as any other restaurant you would get food from. 0 stars if I could.

The inside area was filthy and trash everywhere on the floors. We ordered schoolyard house subs, they were just horrible. Very stinchy on the meat. Will be my last trip to them.

Food is really good. Personal favorite is the chicken steak sub. Been a few times, never had a bed experience.

The food was decent, sandwiches were great, fries were old.

Employees were awesome, the store could use a refresh, there is no seating you have to sit in the mall area.

I've been to this location a few times now to pick up food for my Mom & husband. The men who work in this store are extremely unfriendly & unkind. The first time I went, I just thought oh well, maybe it was just because I was there early & they weren't fully open yet. The next couple of times I stopped by, it was the same rude service, no smiles, no customer service skills -- just hurry up and give me your order & don't say anything to me, that's the vibe I get from the workers. I drive to the Winchester location from Charles Town just to pick up these subs for my elderly mother & husband (because apparently they really like the food), but if it were me, I would never go to this location again.

They are illegally showing lower prices than their menu actually is. Was just in there was trying to order a large Philly cheesesteak that's priced at 12.99. She rings me up, it says 23.99. I didnt order a drink nor fries just the sandwich. This is an illegal practice. Chose to eat elsewhere.

The staff deserves a raise! Great location

Seems to be fully overrated. The sandwiches were mostly tasteless and absolutely not seasoned. The fries were flabby and not even salted. Language proficiency of the staff is expandable.

Ate their original Philly sandwich large size with fries and large Mango lemonade and threw it up afterwards. Will never eat or drink from this place again because made me sick.

Sandwhich was dry and I even asked for extra mayo. Not terrible but also not something I would want again.
