We pulled up to the drive-thru and a voice comes over and says you can order so obviously it was not a person it was a robot or whatever you want to call it we ordered what we ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal no onions and a barbecue bacon cheeseburger no tomato meal one with a Diet Coke one with a regular Coke it then said got it and when it read back our order there was mozzarella sticks on there there was every appetizer four or five drinks not one cheeseburger or the barbecue cheeseburger not one single meal everything was a la carte so we said can we talk to someone and it said okay you can drive through so you know what we did we kept driving screw that waste of time waste of energy and I lost 5 minutes of my life from some stupid robot that no one could come and say hey how you doing can I get your order today and get it right our bill was supposed to be 20 some dollars it ended up being $53 really never ever in this lifetime again Checkers has completely gone to crap

I've gone here multiple times after long car rides for vacation. This is an out of state stop for me.

This is my go-to place to eat, and my food has always been amazing. The staff are polite too.

You really should allow your staff to lock the dining room doors if you're not going to properly staff your restaurant and support your only 2 workers who showed up, and you're probably not properly staffed because you likely don't pay your employees enough to be there. Get new management and do better Checkers.

First time trying to go there, first time the automatic system didnt get my order and the person at the window wouldnt take my order because he was talking to a friend, Second time the automatic system worked and I got my order but the person at the window didn't talk or look at me , he would come up to the window in his airpods and just throw is hand out waiting for me to grab the bag before turning is back and it was like this until I had the full order

Food is good. Staff is shy but polite. Bathrooms are always "out of order" but they work fine. They just don't want non-customers using them. They let us use them even though the signs say not to.The floors in the dining area were slippery but it's excusable since it's very snowy out today.Overall not a bad experience but they should rethink their bathroom policy.

Love checkers! But I hate walking up to the counter and people ignoring me. Also the bathrooms have been down forever. If you only want customers to use it put a code on the door for customers and change it weekly or daily. Hope these things change.

Never ordering from there again, best thing I've gotten there is the Funnel Cake Fries, do not order the A-1 Burger, very disappointed. Go to Wendy's instead.

Talk about your bad service, I walked inside today at 2:15 or so to try a couple of the new $1.99 burgers with fries and apple pies but when standing in front of the counter waiting to be helped I must have been invisible or the 3 employees that were there just don't care or worry if the place closes because I never even got acknowledged or greeted in any way..... unbelievable.Let me give you guy's a hint, when a customer comes up to the front counter it's a good bet that they want to order food and help you keep a job?And at this time of day they weren't busy there were only 2 other customers in the building and 1 car in the drive thru so I don't understand what the lack of service was due to unless I was seen as a bother?Well no worries I went to a competitor to spend my money and actually got immediate service so Checkers is not so great that I will miss eating their food anyway.
