First time. Went to drive thru. The robot taking our order was annoying, since we had to look over the menu not knowing what we wanted. The robot kept asking what we wanted. It wasn't a real person. We finally decided and placed an order. We pulled up to the window paid and received our order. The sandwich was great! It's off our beaten path but can't wait to go back. Delish!!!

I've been here twice since moving to Virginia and both times there's only been 2 employees in the whole restaurant. I understand why they use a robot to take orders as it seems only 1 of the two speaks fluent English.
