This is such a stand out experience in regards to food quality for chickfila in general, I had to post. Date: 8/26/25 time: approx 1:30pm. Fries: hard and barely warm. Pretzel sandwiches (2) missing Dijon mustard sauce. Sunjoy drink: was given nonsweet tea. Hopefully someone sees this and fixes the issue there.
EDIT: I JUST HAD A BONE IN MY CHICKEN SANDWICH! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE CHICKFILA????!!

I love Chic fil A. I have never had a bad experience in any one I have visited. They truly are top notch!!
I've never had to return anything because it was wrong. Order is always accurate and fast.

Hi yalll!! It's me again. Welcome. I would like to share some thoughts about my experience at chick fila.
First of all, I hope there is not a character limit... to this post lol. If u don't know what a character limit is, please Google it really quickly. So I like chick filas food, like, so much bro. But what makes this company a nuisance to society, is really, just.... I think.... most of its policies about like maybe religion? Like do you need to be Catholic, and show ur baptism receipt when you get hired???? Idk man. Please explain.

Very nice Chick-fil-A. Service here is okay, definitely better ones like the one in Martinsburg, but no one was necessarily rude. Food is good like almost everything Chick-fil-A. Restaurant itself is clean, bathrooms are always clean. Would come again
Chik fil a is icky. The food is always soggy and pickly. The southwest wrap is the only saving grace.

Every time I go to this location, there’s an issue. I can go to the pleasant valley location, everything is great. It gets old after a few times. People go to chick fil a because they usually (except this location) get your order right and are friendly. This one’s the exception I guess!
