Yall to worried about the drive thru rather then mobile orders and pick ups. Waited over 30 min for my breakfast just to be told the biscuits out because they to worried about drive thru people. Let alone put my chicken on a muffin that burnt and stunk cause it burnt. Never again. Worst then McDonald’s! RIDICULOUS.And why am I paying so much for food to get a piece of chicken the size of my cats paw. Be fr. I will not come back to this one.

I love LOVE this location! Hard workers, fast and efficient and so nice. I’m very VERY impressed with the owner. More than once I’ve seen him working alongside his employees and getting his hands dirty alongside ALL the employees not just managers. He also gives out lots of free rewards which makes me feel valued and like he appreciates my business.

The manager states I can't come back because I wanted fresh sandwiches and mine were cold so I went back around and she then told me I'll fix it this time but don't come back. All because they had to remake my food. Who wants a cold sandwich that cost alot.
Oops! 4-3-24...went thru drivethru this morning, got my usual chicken bowl. Got to my destination, and hardly any chicken in my bowl?? Mostly small well done pieces! Never have complained about this location before, hoping it was just a busy time. Do better, don't give a customer the bottom of the barrel just because they're in the drivethru!Original review:Always love the food, the service is great too!

The employee in drive thru on 3/22/ in the earlier part of the day wasn’t very kind to another worker, first she referred to the employee bye 4 eyes, who does that? Come on people we all need to be KIND!! Isn’t that the values that Chic-Fil-A stands on ?

This location continuously gets my order and several others of my friend’s orders incorrect. Both in person and online. They don’t read the notes, specifying the sauces, nugget count / order is wrong the majority of the time. Pleasant Valley location is far more consistent.

Bad experience today drive thru. Food was cold, we had chicken sandwiches and soup. Waited for food in the car while other lane cleared up and people behind me and three other cars behind me was given food already. Young girl ? asked me my name and had to repeat my name again. Did she do this on purpose? Something against me. Cold food,Made me wait? Not happy with this service.
Very nice employees. Even though there was a line, it went pretty fast. As always, the food was great.
