This location is hit or miss most of the time. This most recent visit was mostly good. Service finally felt on par with what you'd expect from a chick fil a but maybe that's because the store manager was there. Food came out quickly. They apparently ran out of strawberries (which my toddler noticed immediately in his fruit cup) but I do wish they noted that somewhere otherwise I probably wouldn't have gotten him that option. My yogurt parfait came covered in the cookie crumbs, which I was expecting to come on the side. Not sure if that was done to cover up the fact that there were no strawberries or they just don't do them in the little bags anymore... In any case, it was about what I'd expect for a mall food court experience. I appreciated the kindness and patience of the manager that served us but I probably won't intentionally eat here again when there are 2 other CFAs in Winchester.

I work in this mall abd eat at this place semi regularly. Not only are they one of only a few places in the mall that does free water, but they whole staff is always extremely kind and curteous. Once, i asked if i could go wait for a smoothie at the place next door while i waited for my food to be ready and they BROUGHT THE FOOD TO ME. I wasnt expecting it, and it was very kind of them. Food is always good too. Prices are a bit high but thats corporates fault.

I was at chick- fil-a Apple Blossom mall on Saturday and I ordered a large container of Mac and cheese and it had a big long hair in it 🙃 Won't be getting any thing more from there ⁰0

When recently there the lady that was waiting on me and was handling money ALSO put her hand down in the ice bin and scooped ice into the cup! I thought the same person who handled everybody's money wasn't supposed to put their dirty hands into food! I won't be going there anymore or at least won't be buying drinks!

Not organized. My daughter waited 10 minutes for a lemonade and when I asked if they forgot the goofy kid with glasses said it will be right up. Nobody was aware of the missing drink and since we were told it was being made, it took another 5 before I asked another employee if they could please just get my daughter a drink. The lady manager seemed irritated that I even bothered her. Not even a " my pleasure " from the sourpuss. I honestly wonder what happened to the kind people that worked at Chick-fil-A not so long ago
