Had to try the Triple Dippers and it didn’t disappoint! Love how tasty the mozarella sticks are. The burger is yummy too.

Personable service. We were there to socialize with family more space than to eat. So we got mixed plate fajitas and an appetizer. The server understood our needs and checked on, but let us be to socialize.

I came here late at night on a BENDER. I was sitting at the bar and mid-meal sharted myself. mortified, i explained the situation to the bartender, She let me politely excuse myself back to my hotel across the street to clean up.
When i got back, my southwestern egg rolls were waiting under a heat lamp, still crispy and perfect. She even gave me a margarita on the house. maybe she felt sorry for me, but a friendship was made at chili's that night.

Called the store and placed a to-go order. I was told it would be $8.29. My husband stops to pick it up. He is handed two bowls of Potato soup and told it was a mistake the total was $19.00 dollars. The bowls weren’t even full. Never again will I spend money here after tonight.

My friend and I had an exceptionally great dining experience last evening at this Chili’s location in Winchester. What made this meal stand out and left us both saying “WOW” several times was the service that we received from a young lady named Zoey. She was very pleasant and super attentive from beginning to end. She thought of our every need before we did. With this being said, the food was also fresh, presented well and very tasty. What this all says to me is that this place must have an owner, manager and staff that care about their customers so thank you and keep doing what you’re doing. I rarely eat at chain restaurants to avoid being disappointed in the food quality and poor service but I am definitely adding this Chili’s to my places to visit regularly. Susan & Debbie
