My teenager daughter came in to the restaurant tonight with her best friend. They paid their bill at the table, watched it confirm,and then left. Their waitress (Kristina) chased them into the parking lot yelling at them saying they didn’t pay their bill. When they went back inside, she disappeared. The manager happened to walk up and the girls told her what happened and the manager checked. The girls DID pay their bill…so tell me did the waitress try to get extra money from these girls after getting their order wrong AND attempting to embarrass them…all in the same visit. There is a reason this restaurant is rarely busy.

My cousin drive in from Gettysburg and we had lunch a delightful lunch yesterday. I can’t remember our servers name but she was funny and helpful but also left us to our catching up. I got the lunch chicken fresh med bowl and it was big and it was Fabulous! I hadn’t been to chilis in years but I think I’ll start going more often! Lunch prices are great!

Waitress was very attentive with refills and such. I was not happy that I paid full price for my meal instead of the 3 for deal. I mentioned it to her after we received the bill, and she said sorry we aren't aloud to suggest the deal. We'll what kind of service is that? And since when do servers NOT point out a better deal . I had 1 meal and a soda, and it cost MORE than my friend's, and she had the same thing plus chips and salsa. Shame on you Chili's 😕

Had a great experience at Chili’s today. I was greeted by Garrett who was polite and friendly and directed me to my table. My waitress Anita was sweet and attentive. I was getting some work done while eating and she checked on me frequently throughout my dining experience, didn’t rush me to leave and even got me a Sprite to go. They were so great I had to call the manager to the table who was also great! I travel a lot for work and eat out away from home so customer service means the world to me when I am away from home. My expectations were exceeded ❤️
Went in for an interview at 12:45 sat til 1:15 waiting for the manager. While waiting I witness servers and what looked like to me the manager eating food off of plates and coughing all over the place. 0/10 don’t recommend!
