My cousin drive in from Gettysburg and we had lunch a delightful lunch yesterday. I can’t remember our servers name but she was funny and helpful but also left us to our catching up. I got the lunch chicken fresh med bowl and it was big and it was Fabulous! I hadn’t been to chilis in years but I think I’ll start going more often! Lunch prices are great!
Waitress was very attentive with refills and such. I was not happy that I paid full price for my meal instead of the 3 for deal. I mentioned it to her after we received the bill, and she said sorry we aren't aloud to suggest the deal. We'll what kind of service is that? And since when do servers NOT point out a better deal . I had 1 meal and a soda, and it cost MORE than my friend's, and she had the same thing plus chips and salsa. Shame on you Chili's 😕

Had a great experience at Chili’s today. I was greeted by Garrett who was polite and friendly and directed me to my table. My waitress Anita was sweet and attentive. I was getting some work done while eating and she checked on me frequently throughout my dining experience, didn’t rush me to leave and even got me a Sprite to go. They were so great I had to call the manager to the table who was also great! I travel a lot for work and eat out away from home so customer service...
