We used to love coming here but after today we will not be back. Here was another case of multiple servers first server came and took the drink orders and seeing it had a new menu it took about 15 minutes to decide. Second server took the orders and in 10 to 15 minutes brought out the appetizers spring rolls nice and hot a little smaller than usual but delicious. Then we waited 30 minutes and no entrees?? My friend said that someone looked at some dishes and checked the monitor and looked out way but nothing as I was getting up to leave the entrees arrived by a 3rd server, I reluctantly stayed seated ( I should have left) my friends Pad Thai was hot because I could see steam rising from it. Unfortunately That was NOT the case for my fried rice and chicken dish. If the rice had been any colder it would have had ice crystals on it. The brown sauce on the chicken should have kept it at least warm but it didn't. I am sorry but if I am ordering HOT food I expect it to be hot not Luke warm just like it might have been sitting around for 30 minutes on a shelf?? I sent it back and they replaced it with a hot chicken dish. The fried rice was still cold??? Both fried and steamed rice should be in a steam table to keep it warm or made fresh with the dish. I had to give it to my friend to bring home, at least I can heat it up in the microwave. If I had wanted a cold meal I would have ordered sushi. My friend wanted to celebrate the Chinese New Year but there was nothing up barely any type of decorations at all?? Even the amount of tables ? What happened??

The last three times have eaten from here. The most recent being a pickup order and twice eating in the restaurant the service has been questionable at best. My girlfriend and I came in and obviously had to wait to be seated as this establishment does get busy. After being seated it took 15 minutes just to be greeted at the table by our server. The server only approached our table twice the entire time we were seated once to get our drink order the second to take our food order we had to flag a kitchen runner on the floor after being finished with our meal for 30 minutes just to get our check. When the check was presented a manager took the check and closed out our table. The service here used to be top notch however in recent visits has been considering not returning at all. The most recent visit was a pickup order Tuesday this past week. My girlfriend ordered Sesame chicken and an egg roll. I ordered a quart of Wonton soup. The issue with the service this time was my wonton soup was only broth. Not even one wonton in the container. As stated before the service has been subpar in recent visits. This is a tragedy for this establishment if it continues to be a pattern of mistakes by their staff. They were the number one Chinese restaurant in town but now I’m beginning to wonder if they should even be considered worthy of being open.

They didn't have dark meat due to a delivery not coming. They automatically upcharged us for white meat because of this. Poor business practice.

A great staff with very little turnover; they always aim to please and assist. Never a problem adjusting the orders if ever requested. The food is consistent and we feel it is affordable; excellent quality; and fairly healthy food. We like everything; we are big Sushi lovers and their's is always fresh and presented well. Clean and Simple. (The China Town; Crabby Salmon; and the Out of Control rolls are three of our favorites. The great staff and food quality keep bringing us back!

Just went here for the first time and it definitely won’t be our last time!!! The food was incredible and they give you big portions. We will be back soon!!!

I haven’t been to Chinatown in awhile and today my husband and I stopped in for lunch today with our baby. 2 tables came on after us and both were greeted and got drinks before anyone even came to greet us. I was about to ask the host for a server when I red haired woman came to get drinks. I told her we had been sitting awhile and we were also ready to order. She never even apologized which is my real issue. I’m a server and I UNDERSTAND things happen and tables get forgotten but an apology goes far! The food was fast and delicious as usual! The general Tso chicken is so flavorful and spicy! It’s def the best in town. We will be back, but maybe I’ll order pick up
