I went to this place tonight about 10:21pm because I have been working all day and I'm really hungry besides it says it's open until 11pm I'm there waiting for someone to get my order and everyone is walking pass me and ignoring me like I'm not there and after waiting for about 10 minutes i left there's was nobody else there except me and some white guy eating his food at a table i guess I'm not white enough to get attended

Meat in the pinto beans for vegetarian customer

Dear Chipotle Winchester Team,

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I’ve experienced at your restaurant regarding your pinto beans. On two separate occasions, I ordered a vegetarian meal that included pinto beans, only to find meat in the beans. This was quite disappointing and, as a vegetarian, I had to throw the food away each time, which was not a good experience.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could ensure that the pinto beans remain meat-free, as advertised. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter and for your commitment to offering options for all dietary preferences.

Chipotle is good but the one on south pleasant valley is just a disappointment, the workers are terrible the place is a mess and the food is NOT FRESH!

Chipotle as a whole STILL needs to put enough of the protein you pay for instead of stuffing the dishes with excess beans and rice while you search for pieces of the meats that are barely there! Their idea of "Scoop" needs to be reevaluated!!

I went in there today. Ordered as usual. Went to the cold station told them corn and light tomatoes. They put a full scoop on. I told them no, light tomatoes. They then put another scoop. I told them again no I wanted light tomatoes. They then scooped the tomatoes and other ingredients from my bowl back to the cold tomato container. Cross contamination since those tomatoes touched all my chicken and rice and beans. I just left. Not gonna be eating somewhere with little regard for food safety.
