Food is hit or miss, sometimes good, more often less satisfying.

The service is terrible. I always have issues when paying. I swear the one employee doesn’t listen and just hears what he wants to hear and rings up whatever. Hard shells being wrapped in foil are constantly broken and once he tried to still charge me after I said I didn’t want the broken shells. Just disappointing with chipotle

Ordered online and my burrito was not right. Went back and had them remake it and there was only a little meat and the rest was filled up with rice. This is not even close to what I ordered much less what I wanted. I ordered to go on the app. Im returning this tomorrow because I'm not eating a ball of rice for $13.00

I ordered my food from app. When I went to eat my food. The rice was not cooked all the way. The food had extreme amount of lime and salt. I was unable to eat it. When I tried to call, their was AI tell me that I can't talk to someone about it. So now I dont have food and I'm out money that I spent on the food.
Plus I eat here alot or did not anymore.

There was a worker who was extremely disrespectful and it was very disappointing to encounter. My family and I came in at around 9:50pm on July 1st, and the woman at the register was very rude and had a bad attitude. I didn't catch her name but she had a tattoo under her ear on the right side. She was constantly texting on her phone and even took phone calls on her personal phone while we were trying to speak to her. She was ignoring us, and even ignored my father when he asked for more napkins because every napkin dispenser was empty. Very poor experience, do not recommend in the slightest.
