Food portions are usually good here, but half the time when I order on the mobile app and set a specific time to pick up its not ready. I get there and it's never on the shelf, you always have to ask them for it. Not to mention I've waited 5-10min past my pickup time for them to make mine. Because they hadn't even started till I got there and asked. If it wasn't for them not having orders ready when requested in the app I'd give more stars.

I’m trying to build my teen daughter’s confidence and independence by having her order food in establishments themselves. So tonight, chipotle was NOT a good experience. The servers rushed through the order even though it was not busy, and just assumed my daughters bf was getting the same thing as her and kept going even though my daughter tried to communicate that he didn’t want rice as he is autistic and has special food needs. It was an uncomfortable experience for them...

To start this review off, I’d like to say that I’ve never had to make a bad review in my life about any establishment. But after my experience this evening, I feel like I just had to. I was hoping to just happily grab something to eat with my partner before we went home, so I headed to Chipotle of course. It had started off iffy as soon as we stepped into the line though, because I watched and listened to one of the employees correct someone about calling a burrito a wrap....
