This Chuck E. Cheese is not like it used to be. I used to take my kids here all the time when they were little and all the excitement we would get from walking through the doors was unimaginable, now, the people working there aren't very friendly, there's not a lot for the kids to do, and it's definitely only meant for small children, like maybe up to ages 8 ( if that honestly ) and they have a very small trampoline that they keep locked and only can be used for very small children, to me it's not worth it. It's not what Chuck E Cheese used to be, that's for sure.

We had a birthday over the weekend and everything was fantastic. Our party host Claudia helped us with all the details. Everything was organized and even the adults had a great time. We enjoyed the pizza and show. There was an issue with the ticket booth right before we got there, so the Manager worked out a solution. Great customer service from all the employees 👏

Having to take shoes off on some of the play things, our kids socks were black and filthy, as were some of the other things. Someone needs to keep the place cleaner and hire a janitor or something....people don't want their kids playing and running around in filth...please go take a look and hire someone to clean your facility

Well chuck e cheese has gone down hill came here today for my son's 4th birthday paid for access now they want you to pay for extra things as the jungle gym and to jump which is outrageous to not say this up front after paying instead have a employee yell at child who only 4 year old . Staff should know not to treat a child like this . Im beyond words after hearing a staff member yell at my child here today no excuse for this employee behavior

They've added a trampoline and slide area to the floor the only thing is it is $10 to be able to play in it. I feel like if you participate in any of the membership or have opted into the monthy memberships it should be included, if you aren't in any of them it should really only be $2/hr for the kid to play on it bc it has nothing to it. And if the parents want them to be to able to play on it the whole time they're there it should be $5 for the day. $10 is to much in my opinion. At least give the kids a drink included for that.

Wow they remodeled the place! It looks amazing relevant and fun for kids again! It was our dated before but now it looks incredible! A great place for a kid to be a kid like I enjoyed as a kid!

We had fun here, pizza was good and lots of games. My only complaints were they didn't check our stamps when we left and I saw lots of people leaving without having them checked. I thought the stamps were for the safety of the kids. My other complaint was that my kids wanted cotton candy for part of the prizes they got, and when we got home, we went to open cotton candy bags, and the cotton candy looked so gross. Looked like lines of brown through it and like peddles in the bottom of the bag. I threw all the cotton candy away. I didn't trust how gross it looked. We usually love Chuck E. Cheese, those things were just a little off for us. I'm sure we will give it another shot in the future, so hopefully, some of these things improve. 🤞
