Cicis pizza was awesome when it was in the Target plaza in University Town Center, Morgantown! Disappointed when they closed that location!
The only reason I’m writing this is because Google won’t stop bugging me to write about it!
This place is usually okay, but it was mothers day and i was taken out for lunch and it was extremely busy in there and a lot of the tables were dirty and we had a hard time finding a place to sit, a friend of mine cleaned off the table herself for us to sit down. The prices were extremely high for 4 people , which i know everything is going up, but it was over $50 for just a pizza place for 4 people and they didn't even clean the tables off with how busy it was and people trying to sit. Food was good.

I still remember when I got introduced to cicis when I was a kid, and I still think about that first time every time I go to a cicis pizza. This location is doing it right. It was a busy night, 6-30/7pm dinner, two people working and you would have never guessed as they kept the buffet line full with fresh hot and delicious pizza and probably the best cheesy breadsticks I’ve ever had. Dominoes sucks compared to these. 🤷 the spaghetti pizza was my favorite of the assortment that was put out and was worth the price of admission alone in my opinion. The staff even found time to come out and clean up dishes and clean tables even though it was only two people working. Hagerstown cicis could take a few lessons from this Winchester location. We will be coming down here from here on out. Honestly way better than we had expected it would be. Definitely try the spaghetti pizza when yall come down! They had a good variety of pizzas in the rotation and were still open to requests. This is my new go to cicis for sure.

Great place to eat! All You Can Eat Buffet for Pizza, Salad, pasta noodles with two sauces to pick from⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍🏼 prices approx $11. - $13. Per Adult, children cost less, seniors with AARP get extra discount 😀👍🏼 Also: can order other foods like wings, etc ....
