I've all but almost given up on Cicis establishments, but not on this one. The tables were clean, the seats weren't worn out and torn and the TVs were actually operational. The staff were very attentive and courteous.

I had a wonderful experience at this CiCis! The staff did a really good job keeping the food stocked at the buffet. Everything was very clean. Being that y is one of the last CiCis left in Virginia, I am glad they are making all the right decisions. I hope this place stays open for a good long while! Very impressed with this location. I will definitely be coming back.Kid-friendliness: They have a game room for kids to play.
There were a couple of broken tables (one was labeled as such, and the other wasn't). The floors were super dirty, and trash was everywhere. The table tops were fairly clean, though, and the pies were good as always.Kid-friendliness: One can't really go wrong with buffet pizza. There's also a gameroom in the back of the restaurant to keep the kiddos entertained.
Salad, pizza, family and a good value meal. No valid reason to walk from here, still hungry

It is what to expect from a chain buffet. Nothing bad or good, everything just ok. Perfect for my 2yr old and we both ate for under $9. I do have to say their veggies for the salad were fresh & my kiddo ate a whole bowl full.
I hadn't eaten at CC's in over a decade. I forgot how cheap, easy, and tasty It is, and their cinnamon rolls always be bustin. Plus, they've got the GOOD ranch dressing. ?

This place is sadly going down hill everytime I go there are problems this last time was so bad that they had no forks plastic or metal so I asked an employee who was sweeping if they had anymore she says no with a nasty attitude but im about to wash them then stormed away and continued sweeping never got a fork was tempted to ask for a refund but had already made my salad so used a spoon. Previous visits they never keep cheese sticks on the bar and check on the food to make sure its still fresh the brownies always taste stale not sure if they switched brands or what tables broken things falling apart certian things were switched to cheaper brands such as beats took away french dressing no parm cheese etc taking things away then raising prices etc

It was definitely what I expected from Cicis. The staff was nice, the food was good, saw 6 or more fresh pizzas come out while I was in, cheese bread was eh but they put a new one out that was better fresh, brownies I will say were lackluster but everything else I tried was either decent or great.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Normally if the food is “eh” somewhere I stay quiet and eat it but this place should be shut down! I see many reviews that are negative so it’s not like this comes as a surprise. We decided to try the buffet at around 11 am, assuming everything would have been fresh due to them just opening. The bill was $22.22. The woman running the register barely spoke a word of English. I asked her if they had juice or fruit punch since my son doesn’t drink soda. She handed me cups and pointed towards the fountain drinks. We got back there and there was NOTHING he could drink. There was a young girl trying to fill her cup with soda but ever since soda sprayed everywhere, on the floor and all over us. Then we noticed the nozzles sitting in a dirty bucket of water. They were disgusting. A woman tried for about 5 minutes to get a female employees attention. The employee would look at her then ignore her. They never did clean the soda up off the floor. The buffet was horrendous and you can tell not one item was fresh. I tried a noodle and it was rubbery. My son bite into a piece of soggy pizza and then we noticed a CLUMP of black hair on the bottom. That was the last straw. I went up to the register and explained to them why I wanted my money back. They didn’t even look surprised BOR did they apologize!!! The make employee spoke English, the female employee kept talking to me in another language. I was embarrassed for this establishment and very irritated and disrespected. They told me they did a refund but would not give me a receipt saying so. I said “Can I take a picture of your screen so I can make sure?” Again this entire time no apology was given. It was like they were used to hearing things like this. This place is an utter disgrace! We had to rush out of there and stop somewhere for drinks bc our mouths tasted so bad from just a few bites of Cicis. Contacted the head cocoa via the link they gave me and that was kind of useless in my opinion. This store has no many complaints so obviously nothing is ever done.
