Came here mid afternoon on a Friday, service was so fast and friendly. Food was delicious and priced so reasonably. Banana pudding shake was to die for. 5/5, we will be back!

I asked them twice to make sure there was no sauce on my quesadilla and unfortunately there still was. As well as asking for no tomato and lettuce on my sandwich and there also was both of those. I loved this place when they first opened but now it’s unfortunately not pleasing in anyway that it used to be.

Probably my worst Cook Out experience ever. Service was slow. We ordered 4 trays. 2 out of the 4 had the wrong sides. Trying to explain this to the staff was painful. Then it took longer to get the correct sides then it took to get the original order.
I had the Cajun chicken the piece of chicken would have fit on half the bun. Not a big deal as it was enough and the lettuce and tomato filled the bun out. I love the creamery so many flavors. The best part about this place is a meal and dessert, with so many sides.
