Never listen, don't include straws or spoons for shakes. Order a banana fudge milkshake and get pudding. 2nd time its happened. They need to pay their employees better and get ones that do their jobs correctly. If you pay someone minium wage, of course they don't care!

Just moved to Winchester, Va, not familiar with the area. Was hungry, passed the Cook Out, turned around went back and ordered lunch. Barbecue was ok, chicken sandwich was COLD, soggy, falling apart. Wife could NOT stomach the sandwich; it was the worst sandwich we ever ordered (did not eat, couldn’t). I called the restaurant, put on hold for several minutes then message replied, “please leave a message, no one is available to take your call’’. Will NEVER return to this restaurant. Please save yourself the misery and go somewhere else.

Tonight I definitely did not get what I asked for. Ordered a lettuce wrap, hamburger, mustard and mayo. Should have known better. They never repeat the order.

Went into get a coffee milkshake as I was preparing for an exam the next day. The service was extremely hostile and subpar to the point of shock. It sucks that I went in there excited but was completely disappointed.
