HAD THE WORST LUNCH TODAY - ORDERED MAC & CHEESE WITH BACON CRUMBLES - CAME WITHOUT BACON - ASKED FOR A ROOT BEER FLOAT WAITRESS DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THAT WAS - ORDERED A BACON CHEESEBURGER - CAME WITHOUT BACON - BURGERS WERE DRIED OUT AND CHEESE LOOKED LIKED IT HAD BEEN ON BURGER FOR A WEEK

Server was great, personable and prompt
We went here for dinner, we had 4 adults with us and a baby and 1 child and the service took forever. We waited a long time for food, some of it came out , but the child's plate was late coming and they should be the first to eat and have food, and then when we put a order to go in, they took a lot longer and we sat there for a while and finally decided to go shop at the store inside until the server stopped us and said I'm going to go check on your food. Service could have been a lot better.
Stacy was awesome! She was so busy because most of the tables were full, but she still made sure our order was correct and that we had refills.
Food is consistent and the service was good.
The new campfire menu is awesome 👌 Lots of great food choices and superb quality! Joy is an awesome waitress at Winchester Virginia restaurant!!!
Food was very good and a GREAT server, checked in frequently and very polite young man.
Always a place for a good old fashio cooked meal.

This was the first time I ever left a Cracker Barrel disappointed. The mashed potatoes and gravy were both cold. The carrots were rock hard and had no taste/flavor. The chicken skin was extremely salty
