The only reason I don’t give this place a five out of five is because the employees cannot hear anything you say you will have to repeat your order like four times instead of them just simply listening they stare at you and say what over and over and over

Not our 1st time visiting this business. I ordered a large hot fudge Sunday. Soft serve ice cream is usually dispensed in circular motion so as to fill or nearly fill the cup or cone. My order was dispensed as a vertical tower which only filled the center of the cup. The top did extend above the lip of the cup. When compared to my wife's medium cup, both in appearance and weight, I received about 1/2 the amount of ice cream as her. Again, large vs medium. Of course the cost...

We've driven by many times and have seen great reviews so we decided to stop after bike riding at MSV.
Ice cream was averarge, really seemed more like ice milk vs creamy ice cream. Service was friendly, yet a little slow. Building and what I could see of the inside seems a little tired.
Pot holes in parking area
