If they tell you it's gonna be 30 minutes, add 30 to it. They'll sit and watch you wait and fill delivery orders when the delivery guy isn't even there to pick up. Not the smartest way to get orders out. Also I'm pretty sure they don't use heating and air conditioning. It's freezing in there while you wait in the winter and sweltering in the summer.

I will never order from this store again. On the 12 of last month I did an online order. When I got there I was told they had to remake it. 40 minutes I waited. I asked if I would be credited for the time. Told by staff that I would receive an email. Never happened. Thought I would give them another chance. Big mistake. Called in my order told them I would pick up and pay. I have a form from berryville Ave domino's that every 10 pizza you buy you get one free. Or large 1 topping 8.00 a peice. I wasn't even trying to get a free pizza. I was trying to start my signatures towards my free pizza. Not only did they not have my order but they treated me as if I was stupid. The staff seemed clueless. One even said I don't understand what your saying. I was so discusted I left. They certainly don't stand behind there promotions. They can't even tell you the specials. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed- I had placed an order and received the wrong one and when I called to tell them I received the wrong order, the man told me he would let the driver know and he would be to my location within 30mins. 45mins pass and still nothing, called them again to find out the driver is still nowhere near me and has three orders he has to drop off before coming to me even though my order was screwed up and should have been brought to me before the driver goes to drop off the other “three orders” as my order was placed before the others and was INCORRECT. Took my lunch break for work and didn’t even get to eat lunch on my break because my order was not here like it was supposed to be. This will be the last time I order from this dominos as they didn’t seem to care and I was not offered a credit or refund for my inconvenience.

Ordered a large ham and sausage, but received a pepperoni and sausage. So I called them and they promptly sent me the correct pizza. No questions asked. Great management and great food

Very nice people and fresh food. Placed my order over the phone because I couldn't navigate the app. The woman on the phone was super sweet and very helpful. 30 minutes later I had some of the best pizza delivered by a guy who was not only polite but also pretty funny. Definitely will be ordering from here again.

Customer service is so rude! They delivered me a small/medium-ish pizza instead of the XL Brooklyn Style I ordered. We waited an hour before receiving our order and called immediately. I payed cash and just wanted some type of refund even partial if possible. The guy kept saying I called the wrong Dominos when I just called the number from my recent call list. He finally found my order after having me repeat my address and phone number about 5x and said he was gonna send another pizza BUT wanted the small pizza back. Why would they want it back when we had been waiting hungry to feed 5 people this barely warm pizza. ONE HOUR WAIT. (I was fine with waiting 1 hr to get the right order but not willing to wait 2hr for it.) When I asked if I could just have a refund instead HE got angry and said "oh you just want a free pizza?!! No We will send you the pizza, thank you and goodbye" and hung up. Didn't even let me respond haha. I'll admit I was thankful they even agreed to send me the pizza in the first place, since I live 15 mins away from the store and he said they typically didn't because it was out of their range. They did today because they weren't as busy he said. The delivery driver was super nice but why the rude reaction over the phone ? It wasn't my fault. My kids were hungry they already started eating the smaller pizza as I called. Very rude customer service. Didn't expect to be disrespected.
