The rolls were good. Yeasty and hot.
The lasagna was not. Putting lasagna noodles on a plate with the lowest quality ground "beef" and straight tomato sauce with no seasoning does not make it "lasagna".

I’ve eaten here 3 times. The very last was Friday, February 14. I took my two granddaughters there for dinner. There was plenty of parking, no line and a number of tables available. Unusual for most restaurants on Valentine’s Day. We ordered two kids meals and I ordered Chicken Parmigiana. It’s important to note that I specifically ordered Chicken not Eggplant Parmigiana. I had ordered eggplant on my second visit and it was inedible so I would never have ordered it again. We waited 30 minutes, then 45. 3 tables had come in, been served and left and we were still waiting for our food. One party stopped by as they were leaving and complimented me on how well-behaved my granddaughters were, particularly since we had waited so long. During this time, I observed two tables speaking to their server about issues with their food. After an hour (and I know it was an hour because I had taken a photo of the girls and sent to my son, so it was time-stamped) we FINALLY got our food. And my order was wrong. I was given eggplant NOT chicken. I requested to go boxes because we were leaving. I stated I couldn’t imagine being charged for their food after having waited over an hour and receiving an incorrect order. The manager did remove the eggplant but was extraordinarily rude, accusing me of “yelling “ at her (an overstatement at best, I had my grandchildren with me) with no apology whatsoever and told me “I should have made a reservation.” Foolish considering all their empty tables. I did state I would NEVER eat there again and was looking forward to reviewing them online. At that point, the manager actually started yelling at me, a grandmother with two hungry little girls in tow. I’ve never experienced a worst dining experience than this. Their food is, at best, mediocre, and their customer service non-existent. I wish I could give them 4 negative stars.

Stopped there for the first time and was very impressed. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the food was out of this world and dear I say it, better than Chef’s. Sauce was delicious, lasagna was creamy, I took home about 3lbs of food . Very good. Highly recommend.

We were disappointed in the service & food. After placing our order, we waited at least 15 for the salad which was essentially a small bowl of lettuce with a couple slices of cucumber & tomato. Our main meal took so long to arrive that our server came over to give us our check & asked if we wanted anything else! We said we’re waiting on our meal to be served! That should have been our clue to leave then & there. But we didn’t. Server was embarrassed & went to check on our meal. We never saw her again. After probably another 20 minutes our meals arrived. Mine was cold but I did not dare send it back. Not only was the eggplant cold in middle, the sauce was bitter & spaghetti bland. The meat ravioli wasn’t much better. Needless to say, we will not return nor recommend this restaurant especially when there are so many other Italian restaurants in our area.

My boyfriend and I got a menu in the mail and decided to try this place out. We called to place an order for delivery and spoke to 2 different people doing so. We were told 45 minutes to an hour wait time. After an hour we called back to check on our order and were told they were on the way. About 20 minutes later our food arrived. Not only was the food cold and disgusting - we were missing two of the items we paid for. We called back to speak with a manager (they were not present?). The woman ‘in charge’ of delivery offered for the food to be remade (which we declined as we waited over an hour for it) or for store credit (which was also declined because this experience put a bad taste in our mouth). We requested a refund as this experience was unsatisfactory. We were told we’d have to wait for the manager to return to give us a call back in regards to a refund. We never received a call back. Poor food. Poor practices.

The cheese steak hoagie hardly had any flavor, was so soggy I had to eat it with a fork, and the meat tasted like it came out of a can.

I ate dinner here at 6 pm on a Sunday. The food was slow to come out, 45 mins from the time I sat down till my food came out. The bread rolls they bring to the table are not good at all. I had the chicken Alfredo fettuccine. The Alfredo sauce and the pasta were good, but the chicken had zero seasoning on it and was not good. Overall, I can't recommend this place. You're better off going to Olive Garden.
