Very good donuts but very rude staff! I do not appreciate any business where the employees ignore you the entire time you are waiting and then don't give me, the customer, a simple thanks -- you're welcome even after I said thanks would be something but a blank stare is ridiculous.
Update: 01/20 I spoke with the manager but that did absolutely nothing. I am absolutely not going back to Duck Donuts! Ultimately you are doing me a favor since I dont need to eat donuts or keep spending money where I am not valued as a customer.

The staff were very kind and the location was clean inside. My son and I did not care for the donuts, however. They were just too sticky and the glaze had a weird aftertaste. I know this is more of a matter of personal taste, and I’m sure most people love them.

Service was great, from taking my order to bringing my to go food to my table where Ibwas waiting. The customer service girl was super nice & the mocha latte & donuts were delicious & the wait was short.
Vicky and Jade were very helpful today. My donuts were delicious. The facility had clean restrooms, easy access and plenty of parking. Also had outdoor seating available.
