Stopped here on our way back to NJ since we got gas at Shell. Got 3 orders of hash browns and they were cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I was only going to eat 1 but ate all 3 lol. We also got a bacon egg & cheese on a bagel and it was delicious. And the iced coffee was made just right with the cream, caramel and sugar. It was sooo good. I've never been to a dunkin that made everything just how I liked it. And the 2 ladies working there (12/10/2024 1:45pm) were very friendly, polite and really care about the customers. Kudos to the owners for hiring them (give them a bonus or a raise) and hopefully they continue to hire people like them. Thank you for making our stop so enjoyable 😉

We asked for 2 caramel iced lattes. What we got was complete water with syrup, disgusting and pure sugar. Had never had/tried something like that. What a waste of money. Been to many dunkin donuts locations and thought they would all be pretty consistent in their drinks as it's not even a "special customized drink" Do yourself a favor and just skip this location and make your own coffee at home.

I don’t know who hires these people, But they are so rude. Basically had the lady that was running the window throw my munchkins, & my wrap at me this morning & aggressively handed me my ice coffees, Thought for sure she was going to drop them. Not sure why the attitude & acting all aggressive but maybe you need a new job ??♀️ I’ve always been nice but today was the last day. Literally only two people have treated me with respect, Her name is Olivia sweetest person ever & another girl that is maybe in her late 20’s I appreciate yall & You two never get my order wrong. To top it off, You forgot to give me my egg bites for my second mobile order as you mumbled something & slammed the window on me as I was trying to let you know.

Lobby is closed a lot.. I drive truck so they wouldn't let me order inside had to do a mobile order. Most times when a truck driver comes in there let him order but these kids "working" are lazy and don't want to help anyone. Would've done it at any other location.. and there's no reason why that lobby should be closed with that many people working..

Typical Dunkin experience. Good coffee and donuts served to us quickly. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Building was clean and well maintained. Only complaint is they were really busy and overwhelmed, more help may be needed.

This location I've been to many times people are never friendly... I have had multiple issues in the past but not like today I was told I was wrong I need to specify and I did they just didn't listen and when I told them anything cold should automatically be made with liquid sugar and not granulated they told me I was wrong.... they remade my drink but had a attitude and just handed it to me and shut the window... I come here on the weekends because it's convenient and close to my house but I will be going to martinsburg from now on...
Awful experience sat in drive thru for an hour ! Yeah could of got outta line but I wanted my coffee ?? went inside to ask why drive thru is just sitting , is no one working it , was told no , lmfao wowNot the first time I've waiting extremely too long haha waiting bc they had to change the coffee one day that took about 15 minsYou guys suck

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! Waited over 15mins in front of the window to pay and receive my food, but the workers hadn’t even acknowledged me. The fat lady by the window kept pulling her pants up while making the food. Tried knocking on the window no one even came to the window. And I was not the only one who left without receiving our food several other cars left in line behind me too!

This place is an absolute disaster!Who manages this mess? Went there Thursday with my granddaughter, walked inside and was told by a very rude employee that counter closed was only drive thru!Well, went thru the drive thru and was told only serving drinks no food!Really?? Sucks, go elsewhere!!
