My husband and I ordered from this Dunkin Donuts last Sunday 08/24/25. We were very pleased with the customer service. Very friendly atmosphere. My husband ordered a regular coffee and a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and I ordered the iced pumpkin spice latte and a toasted multigrain bagel with cream cheese. Everything tasted delicious! Especially the iced pumpkin spice latte! It tasted amazingly delicious! I love pumpkin spice latte!!!!!

Horrible atmosphere to work in. Stood in the lobby for about 10-15 minutes for an iced macchiato and watched two employees struggle with a lobby full of people both shorter ladies one with ginger hair and one with braids. They were trying their best and I applaud that. What made me upset was watching what looked like a girl supervisor (had a gold tag on) with glasses and lots of tattoos come out just to scold the girl with the ginger hair telling her she keeps messing up and isn’t moving quick enough instead of squeezing in the line and helping her out like a supervisor should. After witnessing that, I politely asked the ginger lady with glasses for my refund and apologized to her for how she was treated. If that’s how management treats their staff at this location I’ll take my business elsewhere. I think the ginger girls name was Jenny or Jennifer but her and the girl with braids are the type of people who keep businesses going and don’t need the negativity in their ear when they’re doing perfectly fine.

The Service is very awful. They anre always out of stock on things. When ever a DoorDash order is placed, this location lacks on helping out drivers pick up the correct orders. It is a very awful and messy in terms of management.

Stopped here on our way back to NJ since we got gas at Shell. Got 3 orders of hash browns and they were cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I was only going to eat 1 but ate all 3 lol. We also got a bacon egg & cheese on a bagel and it was delicious. And the iced coffee was made just right with the cream, caramel and sugar. It was sooo good. I've never been to a dunkin that made everything just how I liked it. And the 2 ladies working there (12/10/2024 1:45pm) were very friendly, polite and really care about the customers. Kudos to the owners for hiring them (give them a bonus or a raise) and hopefully they continue to hire people like them. Thank you for making our stop so enjoyable 😉

We asked for 2 caramel iced lattes. What we got was complete water with syrup, disgusting and pure sugar. Had never had/tried something like that. What a waste of money. Been to many dunkin donuts locations and thought they would all be pretty consistent in their drinks as it's not even a "special customized drink" Do yourself a favor and just skip this location and make your own coffee at home.
