If you have a lot of time, then definitely go here. Some of the employees are pleasant, most seem annoyed at the presence of customers and their requests. If you go through the drive thru, you WILL wait a long time...I dont mean, likely, I mean it will happen.
Go inside and that will be a bit quicker, but will still have a wait.
It seems as though they have a fair amount of employees at all times, but maybe they aren't paying them well, or treating them well, and perhaps that's the issue.
They are generally good on fulfilling the orders accurately and the items are decent, it's just the speed and attitude that is rough.
Bad costumer service
You will wait in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru and not even get your order taken. Place has been like this fire years with no signs of improvement.
Several times going there and my food/drink wasn't ready. I used the mobile app. The one employee an African American lady was the only person that knew what they were doing. My wait time was over 15 minutes.
Every time I go in this location they get my order wrong. I have to wait 5 minutes for a worker to come back out to ask them to fix it. They always seem very inconvenienced when they have to fix my order. I actively avoid ordering here because of the awful service. Always check to make sure they got your order right!
These people working in here act like they don’t want to be at work or take your order. Then they water your stuff down after you spent your money. It’s so annoying when you go to spend your money on a place that doesn’t care about what they do with what you paid for. Hire people who want to work and have good customer service skills

Really, really bad coffee. Lukewarm and most likely left over or something. I generally choose Dunkin when I’m traveling for the consistency in their products. Not the case today. I tossed it out.

Idk why all the employees have a hearing or something they always get my order wrong and when u tell them they get mad and give u attitude the nerve they should hire employees that are not rude I ordered a bagel and they burn it then I ordered a matcha latte and and it looks like a matcha milk ? wth ?♀️ I’m not asking for free food I’m paying for my stuff so iiritated

I LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts coffee but the past couple times I’ve ordered a coffee from them they only fill it halfway.
Worse experience I've had at a Dunkin.
Waiting for 20 minutes for food. No excuse. No one in front of me. Second time and will be the last.

Expect to spend 30-40 minutes in this drive-thru waiting for a coffee.
I always do my best to avoid this location.
