This Duncan is seriously understaffed. That being said they do try their hardest.

It is not a stand alone dunkin, it is connected to a Handy Mart gas station. It does have a drive through.

We have been going here for 2 years and around a month ago they hired this new kid. Since then we never get the correct order, something is always wrong. The location has also become very slow. Several cars were behind us in the driver thru and left due to such a long wait.

Dunkin at a Shell Staion. No one working there at 430 pm on a Thursday?

Went here twice for a frozen coffee and both times they got it wrong and I told them clearly what I wanted, and they tried to blame it on me.

I've visited several Dunkins in the area and this location has really leveled up over the rest. The lobby was sparkling clean, everything was well stocked and the service was great. If I had any complaints it would be minor things, like sometimes they run out of popular items (today it was everything bagels) and small portion sizes (coffee not always filled to the top).

Over all, it's the McDonald's of coffee shop. Where Starbucks is the panera bread of coffee where you pay too much for very little. Bro bears has the best coffee but no atmosphere to chill in. Donuts at funkin are okay but a shh load of coworkers an I at a local business near by all have the same problem with pricing. One day we half off for a half dozen, other times it's full priced. It's so inconsitent we all just have full price on standby because too many times, we comes back and it was only half. But in the most inconvenient times, it's full price. That's kinda stupid.

Edit 4/16/24*
The same gentleman who just told me two days ago, it's after 6pm that donuts are half off, they just don't advertise it; tonight, told me they don't do that anymore.
You can FOR SURE see how shell runs the Dunkin. Not Dunkin running Dunkin.
Kinda sure the way things go in this store is like a narcissistic relationship. You're wrong when you were right, but youre wrong now because they make up their own rulesbb
I'm not salty about donuts. I'm salty about a lack of consistency. If I were to get on about the saltiness, it's that I stopped wasting money on the inconsistent coffee. But haven worked at one before, every single donut comes out of a box in the freezer so, generalistically, they're all about the same with something different crammed in it or iced on it. (Generally speaking) So, can get less consistent besides the 80% covered donuts but whatever. I still eat em. Point is, if you're gonna take everyone's money, do so consistently.
Or vocalize when a neat thing starts and stops so people don't come in looking stupid ???
