We used the drivethru at 2:05pm. The service was very slow and workers were rude - we only ordered a cappuccino, a latte, and one donut. They took 8 minutes just for these few items. The drinks were underfilled and they forgot the donut. We were in a rush - if we had known they would have taken this long, we wouldn't have gone to this location.

They’re really slipping when you get a snack and bacon there’s hardly anything in the package and the bacon looks half raw. Everything‘s done very sloppy it used to not be this way.

I'm not sure if they are in need of more help but it's such a long wait in the drive thru. So many cars just drive away. The ladies in the morning during the week are amazing. They make my drink perfect every time.

The workers are nice but its always so severely understaffed there. Most mornings theres a drive thru line around the building that moves at a snails pace and more times than not I am usually missing an item. Its hard to not gut-instinct-blame the staff for it because its my hard earned money and i want to recieve what I pay for. Its also hard for me to blame the staff because of how understaffed they are and i know how slammed they can get especially on the weekends. Things get messed up and mistakes happen and i mostly just wish they could afford the time to check if all the items are in the bag or not. Now i have to check the bag myself before i leave every time, which kinda defeats the purpose yknow. Idk maybe this side of town needs another location to take some strain off this one 🤷🏻

I’m confused why a coffee shop would serve burnt, stale iced coffee. My bagel had no extra cream cheese like requested, and the outer seeds were burnt while the inside was undercooked. Staff seemed rushed or uninterested from the start, and I had to remind them about the donuts I paid for. Disappointing experience overall.

Breaks my heart, I used to go here multiple times a week, for years. The food was great, never forgot a single thing, and they were so nice. Even if there was a wait, I didn't mind because they were always so kind. Lately, the service has been unreasonably slow, the new employees rude, and the food is over or under cooked and drinks made wrong. I gave it several chances, and it just got progressively worse.

Slowest service at this location. Drive thru service is slow every time I come here and they never have my mobile order prepared when I arrive for a walk in. The workers seem to be too focused on having side conversations.

All the kids had horrible attitudes and twice they close the drive-through door in my face while I was talking to them, they also said they couldn’t take the food back that they messed up on and still took it back, then had me wait for milk for my latte, they said they had to “make the milk”
