I was very disappointed in the quality of food. Ordered Egg Foo Young General TSO Combination Fried rice and chicken wings. The rice they use is not long grain it was greasy and didn’t taste like rice the Fried rice had nothing but a few onions and little amount of carrots and peas no bamboo shoots the general tso had no red chili peppers and the sauce taste more like barbecue sauce the rice for it was the same short grain and greasy the chicken wings was cooked in old grease Wasted $74 on door dash. The worst Chinese Food I have ever had. Ive been eating Chinese Food for 50 years. They definitely need a new cook that knows how to prepare Chinese food I suggest go to another Chinese restaurant and compare It would speak volumes to you

The WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had. The rice was hard and tasted old. The chicken and broccoli was slimy and like gelatin. The eggrolls didn’t have anything in them barely. Only thing good was the Diet Coke!

The rice were hard and stale , the veg's were ok , but the main ingredient of vegetable fried rice, That is rice was horrible . I love Chinese food. If I had to pick only one food to eat for the rest of my life, it would be Chinese food. I moved here from Gainesville 6 yrs ago and was on the hunt for my new go to Chinese food spot. After a few misses I came across this little gem. Food is always tasty and the prices are less than most competitors. My favorites there are kung pao chicken and black pepper chicken. Can't go wrong eating here.

I ask for a can of soda instead of an egg roll with my dinner special, I know I asked for sure because I literally get the same order all the time! The manager is gonna tell me that she heard the play back and I never asked for a can of soda or me even mention the soda… mean while I literally had a small conversation with the lady that was taking my order about what they have and what I wanted there’s absolutely no way I didn’t ask for it!! I been ordering from here for a while but not no more.

We used to love this place. Then the lady up front (Lilly) stopped showing up. Then the chefs changed. And the quality went down hill fast. It’s bland. Even when ordering spicy dishes it still tastes bland.We will be shopping around again hoping we can find where Lilly and/or previous chefs went to because this place has lost our business after a few years. ?

Had lunch here.Very cluttered interior, cartons of food items I the area where you eat, and from the sparseness mainly looks like they focus on carry out. This was also evidenced by several customers coming in to pick up to-go orders while we were waiting.Had a couple different choices off the lunch menu; the Chow Mein with pork and the Mixed Vegetables. Both came with choice of white or fried rice (we chose fried) and spring roll with each.When we got our food delivered to our table, it was in carry out containers with a plastic carry out type cheap fork also wrapped in plastic.The food was very Chinese bland, and the fried rice so greasy we couldn’t eat half of it, and no flavor at all. The spring roll was decent, but that was it. Pretty sorry quality, especially since some reviewers rave about it. It was not good…again, fast food takeout, low quality.Would I go there again…noWould I recommend…no

Have you ever gotten Chinese food that wasn't piping hot and served with soy sauce, other sauces, napkins & chop sticks? I haven't til I tried this place. -5 star.

My husband and I dined in at eastern after hearing great things; however, we were highly disappointed with our experience. My husbands chicken came out wet and raw. The chicken in my dish was also very undercooked. The quality and taste of the food was very poor especially for the price point. I would not consider myself a picky eater; however, this is easily the worst meal I’ve had while eating out.

I ordered dinner for my friends and myself, it was a disaster!,, from the time the guy took the order, he kept putting me on hold, and after about 10 minute I finalized my order and ask for it to be read back to me to make sure this guy got it right and he did and it was right, WELL NOTHING WAS RIGHT!,!n the address he wrote down for delivery person was wrong , delivery drive had to call us to find us, AND IT ONLY GETS WORSE FROM HERE! Of course the food was less than warm, , so we got NO RICE for our entrees, 1 shrimp roll when 2 Were ordered our sweet and sour chicken came as a combination plater instead of the LARGE I had ordered, the sns chicken, just chicken and red sweet sauce, where I come from that would be an in complete dinner, it should have carrots and peppers, onion, and PINEAPPLE, THERE WAS NONE, SO COLD FRIED CHICKEN ANS SAUCE, OH AND did I mention NO RICE!!,The chicken lo me in so much garlic it was unedible, the fried dumplings NO DIPPING SAUCE!!!No soy, duc,or mustard sauces, I called three times and every time they said they were sorry!!,The MU SHU PORK was floating in a sea of liquid, it smell and tasted bad, as liquid dripping out of the pancakes you wrap the mu shu in!!! WELL I’m sorry you stole $70 from me because that’s what it feels like!!!I gave them one star only because I had to give a star in order to write this review they get no stars in my book do not order food from this place.. the worst customer service, food and employee that doesn’t listen when someone’s making an order and then to put the whole order together and not put rice or any condiments with it it was half of meal and half of the meal was terrible!!!,,
