I was visiting Winchester for business and was advised to try this restaurant during my visit. I was not disappointed. The service was top tier, and the food was exemplary!! I initially visited for dinner and ordered the Chimi Rolls and a TacoSalad. I went back two days later for lunch and ordered the Los Cabos Tacos with shrimp. I was thoroughly pleased during each visit.

Stopped in for dinner and ordered margaritas and the chicken enchiladas. Drinks were good. Was served salsa and chips. Chips were yummy, actually warm when served. Salsa was a bit meh, too tomatoie, needs more flavor/spice. Same with enchiladas. Generous serving, but not much flavor. Sauce needs more zing. I caveat this review by noting I grown up in NorCal, so I like my Mexican food with more robust flavor and heat. Bottom line, room for improvement on the food front here.

Good food and service was excellent. I had steak burritos with a mango margarita. The steak was very tender not dried out like a lot of Mexican restaurants I have been too. Margarita was good.

The food is delicious, but if you order DoorDash, they openly admit they will not provide napkins or silverware so if you order from them, prepare to eat with your hands I think this is really bad business practice and makes you look

The outdoor seating is great for people watching. The drinks were fine. However, the food and service were disappointing. Service was slow. Food took about 30 minutes to arrive.The Carne Asada had very little seasoning on it. There weren't any salt and pepper shakers at the table, so I was stuck eating bland meat.Our server waited 15 minutes before checking on us after our food had arrived. My date needed a plate for her fajitas, which is typical when you only have a hot skillet in front of you. We weren't asked if we wanted any dessert.For $70, we won't be back.
El Centro is the absolute best! The food and margaritas are great and the service is outstanding, especially from Mark and Cam!

This is probably the best place in winchester for good drinks and food. A strapping young gentleman, Mark, took excellent care of us and even crafted a special marg! We will be back, MANY more times, especially if Mark is working ;)
