What is so hard about ‘no onions’? They don’t listen or care about your order when you’re shelling out $12. Lost my business.

Once again, my order was wrong. Granddaughter loves the subs, so I once again take her. Receipt was correct, order done wrong. Your subs are expensive, and it makes me mad when mine isn't done right. Get it together and READ the order. Quit the BS talking to each other about the night before and the weather! READ and clean the sticky tables please!

This is only the 2nd time I’ve ordered from firehouse subs and both times my food has been wrong. I ordered grilled chicken salad light lettuce no tomatoes add chopped pickle. It has tomatoes on it and no pickles and not light lettuce

We were long time patrons of the Firehouse Subs in Manassas. Therefore we were delighted when the chain opened a store in Winchester. After waiting awhile for the novelty to wear off. The staff at the Winchester store were friendly and courteous. The speed of product delivery was impressive and the taste of the food was excellent as always.
They put the "fire" in firehouse at this location. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was PHENOMENAL. I can't express how lovely my experience was!

Had the pastrami. It was amazingly bland… which I can’t ever recall happening in my life. Won’t order again. $20 sub and half got tossed in the trash.
