I was excited to hear that they had vegan options, but they up charge $2 for half pizza and $4 for full size for their vegan cheese. My half build your own pizza lunch combo was astronomically priced. My husband got the 10” one topping lunch combo that came with a drink and our total $28!! Their lunch combo is advertised as $8, so my half vegan pizza, salad and drink lunch combo was $20? Not at all happy to be charged so much and it ruined the otherwise excellent experience.

Do not go to this place on pleasant valley road. Staff was very unfriendly, not helpful at all. It was our first time and last time here. They are advertising free pizza for signing up in the loyalty program. Manager said no that is old. I said it’s clearly on your website. Don’t bother wasting your time or money.

This is our favorite place! The service is wonderful. The employees know us and know what we want when we get there. Everything is cooked perfect. The thin crust is perfect, not too crunchy and not soggy. Our family of four each get our own personal 10-in.

I am not happy with this pizza place they screwed us out of 3 whole small pizzas that we ordered off of DoorDash while I do love their pizza they need to make this right. It’s not fair to screw over hard working customers because they want to be lazy and not do their jobs properly. They will not be getting our business for awhile unless they make this right.

We got 2 10" pizzas one customized one buffalo chicken + 2 drinks for $30The older lady with the accent did an amazing job and was very patient and helpful. She fully explained what could be an upcharge and what isn't. Overall the best pizza place I've been to.For comparison of price Anthony's pizza with 2 large subs and fries is also $30

I have been looking for this type of a “pizza fast-casual” restaurant in the Winchester area, and happened upon this gem on Pi Day 2024. They had a a great Pi Day deal of a 10 inch pizza for $3.14, and I read they do a BOGO Happy Hour deal M-F from 2-5 PM! Pizza was light and crispy, and the ingredients were quality and tasty. My family of 5 was well fed with two 10 inch, 3 topping pizzas, and a 10 inch cheese bread. They have a pizza rewards club too. Thanks Firenza! We will be back!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. All three crust varieties are vegan. They have lots of vegetable toppings to choose from, plus vegan cheese, and vegan meat alternatives. #Veganuary
The people working there really are so wonderfully kind and remember our family, asking about the kids and genuinely caring. That makes the experience enjoyable and the food is great too! (As a dairy sensitive individual in a family of pizza-lovers I appreciate being able to customize.)
