Horrible place after driving down from NY we booked into a hotel across the street, we we’re starving and seen five guys we trusted the brand and placed a order, everything thing was wrong and we threw it out as it was late. I called and we were supposed to get refunded well that never happened so if your traveling don’t always trust the brand !

Overall, it was fantastic! Great service, great food, clean restaurant, clean restrooms. Oh, did I mention the food was fantastic! My only complaint is their milkshakes. This is the third time I tried one of their milkshakes and from three separate locations. It was made in less than a minute each time and tasted more fake than a McDonald's milkshake. I really hope they fix this issue, because a good milkshake goes well with burgers and fries, especially of this caliber!

Great burger place! Every burger is special order exactly as you want it. I'm on a keto diet and was able to get a lettuce wrapped burger instead of a bun. The burger was excellent.
We were traveling and enjoyed a beautiful day for some lunch on the road.

Five Guys food in Winchester is cooked better and has better flavor than other Five Guys restaurants I've visited. Virtually no wait time. The only time I had to wait was literally the time it took to cook my burger.

Free peanuts are fun, fries are great. Service is pretty slow honestly but the food is fresh and the employees have always been friendly and helpful. The interior theme is, as others have said somewhat dated, but honestly I enjoy it. The red and white make for a great contrast and the open floor plan and high ceilings really give you room to move around and breathe while waiting for your order or eating; unfortunately some restaurants are severely lacking in such things. Also the 'freestyle' coke machine in the lobby is a great touch. I'm not sure why all fast food places don't have those things already!
