We ordered our first meal from this restaurant on Sunday for takeout, and we were impressed by the taste, portions, and the service. Their egg rolls, in particular, were excellent. Definitely recommend, and Guan’s is our new go-to Chinese restaurant.

Bottom line up front -The food and service is GREAT!We came in like a whirlwind .. party of 8 (6kids and 2 adults), starving from apple picking, and in desperate need of a meal that was not cider doughnuts or apples. We pulled up to the corner store of a strip mall and to a unassuming chinese restaurant that looked more like a to-go place only- which it kind of is but they immediately helped us out.Shifted tables and accommodated all our cutlery and impromptu dinner needs. We ordered 6 dishes… and man, each one was really good.Nothing was too gloopy with over-starched sauces. Everything tasted fresh.I watched them save produce boxes from other warehouse stores for their customers - they packed trays of food for their customers so they could carry out their orders easily .. they care. By us, I have definitely gotten orders with sauces spilling into the bag in a pool from cracked containers by the time I got home.We are from mainly NY and NJ before moving to DC and miss good Chinese food.I can’t believe we found some in Winchester! It sucks that it’s so far from us, but you guys in this area are lucky to have them.GoThen switch this to your go-to place.

I have tried almost every Chinese restaurants in town. You cannot beat the pride of the staff which is a family. They have been in business for 15 years and I found the food excellent. Highly recommend the authentic Chinese dishes, ask and they will guide.Hunan

Didn't eat here. We walked in and saw the mess of a place this business is and left before ordering. Boxes everywhere, lights dim, and atmosphere dingy. Food may be good as others have given them good ratings, but if the front of the house is gross I can't begin to imagine what's going on in the back.

Got a small bag shrimp fried rice and it had 5 pieces of onion and 5 very small shrimp. It was mainly just rice. Pictures showed lots of carrots, onions and peas smothered with shrimp. Terrible meal.

We got take out so I can't comment on the "atmosphere", but their food was DELISH!! ?? Some of the best take out that I've had in awhile, actually. I know a buffet that's better, but honestly, that's it! Don't know about the service either, except that my granddaughter got in and out fairly quickly. I had the "house" lo mein, (a combo of all the proteins.) I definitely recommend. ?

The older man that greeted me at the counter was rude, almost to the point of being hostile. A younger gentleman came out to take my order who was very friendly and pleasant but my food tasted like it was leftovers. It did not taste fresh at all. The general tsos chicken sauce was congealed and thick, and the chicken itself was tough and stringy. The rice was decent, but the eggrolls were mushy and not crispy. I will not be going back.
