Stopped here while in town with our SU student and were underwhelmed. The sweet tea was uncovered and watered down. The pulled pork and brisket tasted ok but were dried out. No straws for drinks and only 1 person working counter and kitchen. The light of the entire meal was the beans.
I highly recommend hog we came from New York for the weekend and when I looked for places to eat this was the first place I want d to try! You know it’s a good bbq place when you get asked if you ever been there before and when I said no he said well we have been waiting for you all day! My wife and I came in today and were blown away by the service, taste, and overall vibe of the place. The owner was incredibly helpful, the food was amazing, and the price was worth it.
We shared the pork belly bites, corn pudding, and hush puppies. We each had a serving of brisket. I wish I took photos because it looked and tasted soooo goood.
