Appointment in early morning but I reached here at night by 9 and sent right back out there is no over night parking at this place I came here because nobody said anything about over night parking in there reviews so I tried for you guys and sent out biggest lots they got they should allow early morning delivery’s to park but what can I said they r bubbas 🐉u turn

Fell like hitting my head on the wall… trucks coming and going- just not me. Been hours and still sitting here with reefer off per Hood Foods .. Walmart wants to know why there’s a temp prob-it’s them. 4 hrs with product in trailer without reefer running They say they can’t find one pallet.. ugh

Great place to deliver. I came in two hours early and they got me right into a door. I'm getting unloaded now but I don't think it will be too long. Very nice facility.

Pickup. Arrived 1hr early. In & out within 1hr. You will need a 6100 number at check-in. Wait in lot H for text updates. Loading in lot C. Nice, clean bathroom in the middle of lot C. Do not put seal on - once loaded, proceed to the gate. Closest scale is at 42 Musket Dr. $10, self-serve. Not sure about parking situation, text messages said ‘not allowed’.

Picked up here at around 1100 today. It took a bit to get live loaded. It’s the way the game in the trucking business goes sometimes. I don’t mind waiting and enjoy my good power nap in the process. I want to thank the check in guard shack for the professionalism and direction. To those loading my trailer thank you and load scaled out perfectly. Hats off to you all and look forward to coming back. Life is good!😎

Drop and hook. Make sure the trailer is clean of debris. Easy check-in. Bills are at the gate. You'll get a text where your loaded trailer is located. The gate will tell you where to drop empty. You'll remove the dummy seal and replace it with the seal in the back of the loaded trailer. Plenty of space to back. Nice people. Easily one of the best shippers. No BS at all. No need to talk to 8 people or fill out useless paperwork. Many of the other shippers and receivers should follow this model. HP Hood proves that the others are just wasting our time because they can.

Arrived at almost 11 am, you need a 6100# to get past the security. It wasn’t given to me initially so I had to call the broker. They sent me to a lot to park and wait for a text with a door, which I got the second I backed into a parking spot. Got a green light at 1240. Heard nothing for 20 minutes, and asked a loafer who was on break who said seals in the back, drive up to the gate to have it put on and get paperwork. Took two stars off for poor communication and being dog unfriendly.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever loaded at. Loading takes more than four hours — about one pallet every thirty minutes. Not a single person around, no one to ask what’s going on. Out of hours on the logbook — they don’t care. Just sit and wait. Nobody pays a single dime for anything. If there were an option to give negative stars, I’d give minus five.

Could be faster been here twice clean ur trailer they will send you out if it's dirty doesn't have to be perfect park in H lot and wait for a text only good thing is you can come 4-5+ hours early and they allow you to park in the staging area until they r ready for you but they are very slow even when ur at a door

They need better people at docks who know their job how to load a trailer. every time I mention the way I want to be loaded but no one cares…this how they loaded again in pic

Good place. Will put u in a door earlier if available. Bad reviews probably come from some bad days, my exp was very good. In door 2 hrs before app. Out of the gate at app time. Clean trailer (not washed out) is mandatory.
