I got sushi from here that didn't seem very fresh, and then later that night got terrible food poisoning. I would not recommend coming here. Also very dark inside no light at

DO NOT EAT HERE! My recent experience at this restaurant was dreadful, resulting in severe food poisoning that left me sick for 3 days. My husband and I decided to dine in for lunch on Saturday, March 23. I opted for the hibachi meal, specifically the chicken and shrimp, while my husband ordered the steak and scallops.Shortly after returning home, I began feeling extremely nauseous. As the evening progressed, I was struck with violent vomiting episodes, accompanied by a high fever and chills that persisted throughout the night. By Sunday, I was completely drained of energy and battling nausea and dizziness, that left me unable to eat any food.As if the vomiting and fever weren’t enough, Monday morning brought on a new wave of agony with severe diarrhea. I had to call in sick from work. Despite attempting to alleviate my symptoms with over-the-counter remedies, the situation only seemed to worsen. In a desperate attempt to address the issue and see if others had fallen ill, my husband contacted the restaurant’s management Monday evening. Regrettably, we were met with shockingly poor customer service. Despite clearly expressing our distress and specifically requesting a refund for my meal (not his), our concerns were callously dismissed. Instead, they offered a mere 15% discount toward our next visit, an offer we found wholly inadequate and declined. We were instructed to call back on Tuesday to speak with another manager. On Tuesday, March 26 around 5pm, I’m still not fully recovered, my husband made another call to the restaurant, only to be met with further disappointment. We were informed that I would need a medical report from the ER confirming my illness as food poisoning for them to even consider reimbursing the $30 cost of the meal. This demand was made despite me experiencing every single symptom of severe food poisoning. Furthermore, they stated that if I were to seek confirmation of food poisoning from the ER now, they would only refund the $30 meal and not cover any associated medical expenses. This response was utterly unacceptable and added insult to injury. It’s disheartening to encounter such indifference and lack of accountability from a business, particularly in the face of a serious health issue. It's evident that proper food handling protocols were not followed. The restaurant’s refusal to take responsibility only intensifies the distress of the situation and leaves a lasting impression of their disregard for customer well-being. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Felt like I was eating in a garage with overgrown children. Not much manners from the servers and prices way too out of pocket for low quality food. High price for cheap wine as well and warm beers served out of a cooler, what type of establishment is that? I hardly wanted to spend any time writing a review after wasting it at this restaurant, fair warning I guess to anyone putting this in their GPS

Parking: There is tons of parking in the parking lot. You never have a problem it's in a shopping center

The food was really good and we had fun with our cook. Everything was flavored well. The ginger sauce was a bit salty though. The soup that came out with the salad was really good. It did take a bit of time for our chef to come over and begin but it was worth the wait. The restaurant is a bit smaller than other hibachi places I’ve been to but we were seated quickly so no complaints. I will certainly come back with my family.

I picked up an order last week and saw the manager making disgusting comments about customers and her servers. She made several racist remarks and I am truly disappointed in her behavior. I’ve been getting sushi from here for years but that made me not wanna go back. I hope the owners do better when hiring workers.

Food was delicious. Waiters can be a bit more attentive when the dining room gets full. Make sure people have enough water, drinks. Hibachi cook should also be attentive before starting meals. He miscounted his ingredients and forgot someone's chicken dish. Everyone finished their hibachi meals by the time person got his chicken. Cook mentioned he would get it from the back as he would not be able to cook on hibachi table as he was to clean up. He did apologize and explained he forgot. This changed the whole dining experience.

It’s hit or miss whether you get a good chef or no. We’ve gotten one that won’t crack a smile or talk to us at all to the best experience ever, it’s one or the other, never somewhere in the middle. If you ask the server for anything, be prepared to ask 3 more times and/or wait 10min. That said, the food quality and portions are better than the other Japanese steakhouse in town and I particularly appreciate that they charge kids menu prices for seniors (for when we bring grandma and grandpa—not for me! Haha). Attention to detail in the bathroom could be better and they really need to make the front bar area more appealing.
