We all 3 ordered from the 55+ menu. They subbed onion rings for French fries on my selection. The shrimp was lightly battered and fried just right in fresh oil. The onion rings were delicious. The service was very good by cheerful staff, and our orders arrived promptly and all at the same time. Only spent about $12 per person including beverages. I'll definitely go there again.

I came here at 5:30am to have breakfast but they were closed eventhough their hours on Google show they should’ve opened at 12AM.
I tried to order their 6 dollar special meal but the waiter told me I couldn’t because they do not serve it until 7am. He tried to show me that on the menu but couldn’t find it and still wouldn’t let me order it……
The coffee was lukewarm warm at best and tasted old.

I enjoy the IHOP. I ordered a burger, And the food was good....
Great service, quality food, and clean tables! I even got in faster than expected at 10am on a Sunday. The only thing I would say is that the restrooms could use some work...but if I have to imagine the people cooking and serving my food cleaning the restroom minutes before, I'll take the dirty restrooms over that haha. Maybe they could hire a dedicated restroom service person...anyway definitely had a satisfactory visit :)
