The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly and we were treated like old friends even though we are new customers. Whether we eat in or order home delivery, the food is always consistent and really, really tasty. We can see that there are lots of changes coming with the new management. We are wondering if there is New Management?? Food prices have increased alot and the quantity of meat in subs has decreased. Our last two orders were under cooked pizza and not as ordered sub.
understand that everything is at short-staffed. placed an order to be delivered by 7 order was placed at 603. called to find out where my order was very busy and unable to get it out on time. it is now 7:25 after speaking with them all they can tell me is it's on my way. wasn't even willing to give a credit because of the issue they're having.
