Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

To be clear, this is Just CHILI'S Wings. The location was hard to find, because it is 100% inside of the Chili's. That being said, the wings were outstanding. They let you do up to 2 flavors, so we did a 16 piece; half bbq, half garlic parmesan. The bbq was delicious, sweet with a little hint of tangy spice. The garlic parm was almost better. Very flavorful, and the wings were a good size. For just over $20, this is the best wings option I've seen in a while. Aside from the mild dishonesty of hiding behind the "It's Just Wings" brand, they were 10/10. Fries were pretty good too ?

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!
