I have been a Jersey Mike’s customer for over 50 yrs. The original shop in Point Pleasant NJ was the go to whenever we wanted friends and family to experience the Jersey Shore!! Then they opened one in our home town, Brielle which was wonderful and, I suppose, the first link in the “chain,” as many folk have used as a derogatory comment in their reviews… but I was there from the beginning and can honestly attest, having been to these links up and down the East Coast, that very, very little has changed!! I mean the menu is of course more expansive. Still delicious and fresh, and VERY worthy of your consideration whether for a large gathering, or a personal pleasure as I use them. So happy the tradition carries on!!! Although I do kind miss the wrappers from back in the day 😉 Kudos to the JM team for not screwing up my memories!!!! 😎

It's been awhile since I've been here but I enjoyed the food but the service we received on that day was horrible. She might have been the worst person that I ever had trying to work the register and I mean trying but that's all she was doing was trying I think someone else had to come get it straight for her what a horrible experience it was

Waited forever to be served, was not greeted at all when entering. They multiple DoorDash orders waiting to be served, and I understand if you’re just busy. But, simple eye contact and a smile is not hard. Both myself and the lady in front of me were ignored for at least 10 minutes. The food tastes great, but I asked if they had sweet tea, he said yes. So I decided to get a drink. Turns out they were out of sweet tea and I politely let them know. He said I could get a bottle of tea out of the fridge and I politely declined, as I don’t enjoy those. I don’t enjoy sodas either and he rudely said “well, would you like me to refund you or ??” So I decided to get a root beer for my spouse. When getting home, he tried it, and it’s awful. It was overall a sad experience.

Had to redo my edit. The quality of my last couple of subs really dropped. The buns were HARD. Lacked the extra pickles I requested. I’m now trying the one on 82nd and 17.
