Jersey Mike's Subs

The team sent the order out without verifying that ALL the items were in the bag. Then allegedly the driver came back, but my sandwich disappeared. Then a separate order for just cookies and chips never arrived. I tried to call before picking up the sandwich, but it was disconnected after just 3 rings. My only assumption is that poor management played a huge role in how awfully this was handled. I will never order from this location again.

Have only been to our local Jersey Mike's twice and only because the location not in my travel area and they are just a tad pricey but the subs are top notch.
Just recently stopped in for a #5 Super sub which is a version of an Italian and got it Mike's way with the juice 😋 to take home for dinner and man it was soooo frickin good and made two meals from it.
Now I can't wait to try the Philly cheese steak and others like the #9.
Been watching some guys reels on Facebook that works at a Jersey Mike's and he has made some very good looking subs and even makes some off a secret menu that you can ask for at your local store like the number #99.
I am certain I will be making more trips to Jersey Mike's in the near future and you should too they will not disappoint.

I would absolutely love to have a jersey mike's in winchester, but this place is arguable within regards to its status as a jersey mike's.
Every time i go here, i have to practically write out a diagram on how to make a sandwich. I have to tell them countless times what i want on it. Sandwich comes out, and its missing parts that come on the sandwich default!
I told you 7 times i just wanted it how it comes on the menu and it still doesn't work.
If you want to go back to your lunch break with a headache and a genuine desire for the sweet release of the inevitable chinese american war coming soon, this is the place for you!

They have one job - to make a sandwich and they cant even do that right..... how hard it is to read whats been ordered and just follow the directions??? Yes, apparently very hard. Not sopping here ever again.

The employees didn't lets us tell them what we wanted on our sandwiches. They started adding stuff. And the store is very messy and dirty.

My wife and I just picked up lunch from this location in Winchester, VA and it was such a great experience! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. The restaurant is very clean! And the subs were delicious! We’ll be back soon!
