The food is great but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The past 2 times I have been there, once at 6pm and once at 8pm, they looked like they were closing in 10 minutes. Tables at the booths turned sideways so you cannot sit, wet floor signs blocking off garbage receptacles, and even a wet door sign blocking the entrance. As someone who has impaired mobility this causes a safety risk for me to have to move while entering the establishment.

The staff was more resentful than welcoming when I finally made it in with my kids and annoyed when I asked where to deposit our trash when we were done. It was in the kitchen, by the way. I could understand the poor attitude if we walked in 10 min before closing but we were there well before then. I don't know who runs this restaurant in the evening but their staff's antics were very off-putting both times and we will be taking our unappreciated business elsewhere.

Ordered a BLT and the bacon was ice cold and definitely had not been heated up. Had to take the bacon off and microwave once I got home so I wasn’t eating ice cold bacon. This location has unfortunately gone downhill in the past 2 years.

We got delivery for Jimmy John's. We are starving plant kids who were looking forward to our Jimmy John's and we're very disappointed in the food after a long day of unpaid labor for our school. There was more bread then toppings ok overall in our sandwiches, our chips were missing from our order but we still paid for them. To add to it, the sprite that one our kids got from the fountain tasted like sparkling water at best. That's kinda understandable though, maybe they didn't know before sending it to us but still. Overall we're very disappointed and still hungry.

The sandwich was good - I had the Ultimate Italian. It had PLENTY of meat, but the cheese seemed missing, and I didn't see any sign of the mayo that should have been on there. It just didn't hit the craving I was having for a Joe's Zep from my youth. Service was fantastic. Despite not satisfying my craving - I'd say this is certainly one of the top sandwich chains and is a good value for the money.

Ordered two Vito unwitch wraps. The lettuce used for the wraps was brown, wilted and not edible. Failed to put peppers on one of the wraps as requested.

Where to start. Completely wrong order- ordered a Giant spicy east coast Italian and a slim turkey and cheese with mayo. Received a regular Italian club and slim turkey and cheese with no mayo. When I told the kid at the window it was wrong, he said “but I said if you rented a #9”….son like do you even know what you have on your menu or is your horizon limited to numbers? So disappointing. He didn’t even apologize or attempt to fix it. His solution was “I’ll just ring you up for another regular Italian it’s the same thing.” So not only did I not get what I wanted I also got extra charged for something else I didnt order. If my kid wasn’t in the car, this probably would have escalated.

Great place for a quick, cold sub. Love that this location has a drive through, which is a life saver with small kids in the car. The Italian is my favorite, but get the sauce on the side or your bread will be soggy by the time you get home. I wish they offered gluten free bread here so I could use them for large catering orders.
